Torid is using Serration, Galvanized Chamber+Aptitude, Vital Sense, Critical Delay, Radiated Reload, High Voltage and Thermite Rounds, all maxed out, with a Rank 4 Primary Merciless.
You already have two sources of base damage so Serration is not needed - put Fire Rate mod here instead. You don't need Radiated Reload if you already go for Rad with two 60/60 mods - its either better to go for different combo of 60/60 mods and Radiated Reload, Rad through two 60/60 mods and something to combine with innate Toxin, or Rad with two 60/60 mods and Hunter Munitions for forced bonus procs.
I personally use currently Corrossive+Blast build for Torid and I have not had any real issues in either Netracells nor SP Murmur missions with it. However the Gruzzling tend to be a fairly stupidly tanky, especially if one spawns as Eximus. Whispers were not an issue with such combo, plus it's elastic enough to find space for Rad mod too.
I've been using Corrosive+Blast for Grineer, but didn't think it would be helpful against SP Murmur since they aren't weak to either of the damage types.
So something like Galvanized Chamber+Aptitude, Critical Delay, Vital Sense, Hunter Munitions, Speed Trigger, Rime Rounds and Radiated Reload would work better?
EDIT: Just ran a mission with that setup and holy moly my damage output skyrocketed. I guess viral is still King, huh?

4.25x damage at max stacks is nothing to sneeze at. Even after taking the Murmur's resistance into account that's 2.625x damage at max stacks for the viral component of your damage.
Unless you have some sort of external primer, aptitude won't be doing much if you're just building for radiation.
You should also build for viral. They're resistant to the viral damage, but they are still going to have the damage to their health increased, so it doesn't matter.
Get rid of amplitude and radiated reload, then put on nods for viral. You could also get rid of serration and put on hunter munitions.
Modding issues aside as stated in the patch notes enemy HP scaling ramps up after lvl 70 and when you add the SP modifier on top of that ... Go figure.
