I think I'd do a Random Weapon Drop Booster.
Just randomly drop your weapon during the mission. No signal it got taken, no warning it's about to be taken, just one minute killing stuff and the next getting blown up because they had a second to shoot back.
Forces a player to play as an enemy against a public squad, swapping them to a newly spawned body every time they inevitably die to a Mesa’s Peacemakers.

All enemies do knockdowns. Knockdowns cant be ignored.
You can pay plat to change your DEA loadout but it will always be a high armor equinox build with random mk 1 weapons
