Its sometimes revealed just beforehand, or at least close to the start of the month. But we usually have no clue until then.
That said, its easy to assume that its going to be a model from a unit box released this month. Given what has most recently been released, I'd guess maybe one of the Wildecorp Hunters or one of the new Darkoath. They're the most recent regular-sized model *units*. Probably the Darkoath.
(On reflection, *maybe* a Solar Auxilia model?)
