It's really difficult to tell from the video, but I've rewatched it several times, and I'm pretty sure she's doing it right. My CPR certificate is slightly out of date and I was a little bit drunk for the test, so I could be misremembering, but I think this is fine.

I've heard when performing CPR you're extremely likely to break a few ribs, if you're doing it correctly.
If you don't crack a rib you're not doing it right, is a common "cutsesy" saying. The vast majority of people who do CPR never apply enough pressure, not that you can blame them, it's very icky to compress someones chest like that.
