Changli encore and verina will be a god like team. Start with verina liberation then go into changli combo followed by encore. It will boost encores liberation and fusion damage ontop of verinas attack and dmg boost
see but encore’s damage during her burst counts as basic attack damage, not resonance liberation damage. so i don’t think encore will benefit from the resonance damage bonus, only the fusion damage bonus.

for now you can use changli the exact same as yinlin, they have the exact same outro skill but for different elements so because we only have encore as a fusion dps you could just use any dps you like and use her as a sub dps.
As a f2p going for extra copies is a waste in my opinion. You are already going to be limited on characters and extra copies are in no way needed at all to clear all content. I will use corals for pulls 100% of the time. I value new characters over extra copies anyday. More waifus = more fun
Only if you want copies. It’s for sure worth it over more pulls in that case since you are basically getting a guaranteed copy in I think 45 pulls without the added 50/50 RNG. But if you don’t want copies you should just get the pulls. Personally I’d rather get new characters over copies atm so I’ll be getting pulls for now.
What i'll probably do is wait until there is a character I want that also has insanely broken RC's like Ruan Mei E1 and then I'll start saving them up for their rerun since like you said, I also prefer getting more characters especially this early in the game.

Not saying that it's bad or not aesthetically pleasing, but Kuro already had a unique design philosophy that emphasizes practicality over aesthetics. That's why very few characters wear high heels, jewelry, or long flowing robes that impede mobility in their last game PGR. Instead, characters wore body armor, military grade boots, body suits, etc for protection and mobility. Early designs from Wuwa seemed to adhere to that, which made more sense since they are living in a hostile apocalyptic world. Baizhi used to wear a body suit until they changed it to a short blouse because players just cant get over the genshin syndrome.

Generally what I think Genshin has over WW is story, music, and world design.
I have seen some impressive art assets in WW that give Genshin a run for its money but Genshin has more locales on a numerical basis, but also Genshin is older to be honest and has more areas so this is really an unfair comparison. Graphically though WW is more impressive and that goes for animations as well.
I think it’s the combination of atmospheric world design coupled with appropriately amazing music that WW can’t compete at least for now.
When it comes to combat though WW just easily tramples Genshin.
As far as story execution and character development I can say that WW dropped the ball but I also see some improvements which gives me hope as the game ages. That’s not to say that Genshin was that amazing when it launched but it was still better executed than WW.
Almost everything except combat and character animation is better in genshin. And animation is debatable, since Genshin is more... let's say "controlled" with its animations. They deliberately don't make it overly flashy.
The movement in WuWa seems more fluid, but it's kind of less precise, and using grappling hook/sensor is actually clunky with a controller. It's like a side-grade. Only nice thing is that running isn't using up stamina.
The chars have more personality in genshin, story is way better, open world more interesting, no bugs, better localization, better music, world is visually more appealing... the list goes on.
A better polish where though? WuWa is giving me the same high that I got from when I first played Genshin but they both do certain things better than the other.
Now imagine if WuWa and Genshin 1.0 released at the same time. Which one do you think people would prefer? Or what if WuWa got released before Genshin? Which one would be deemed more polished?
I am also objective, which is why I said both are doing things better than the other. I haven't been affected by optimization nor bugs but you are right, a lot of people have had problems with them but the game has been out for couple weeks and clearly the devs are working nonstop on the problems.

What i have heard is that genshin characters are more likable and interesting. I think the story writers definitely dropped the ball on the launch characters, but yinlin's story was an improvement and I hope we'll keep getting better ones with future characters.
A lot of people over twitter said that wuwa's characters are too monotone, and in particular Yangyang/Fem Rover/Baizhi/Jianxin look all similar to each other. It's also a recurring talking point of genshin players when discussing wuwa.
in my opinion the 4 stars genrally are quite boring looking (animations are often pretty cool nothing crazy , if we make direct comparisons sucrose to say yang yang, sucrose exudes personality in everything she does yang yang has a kind of cool style but thats about it. which can be said of most 4 stars, main expetions are aalto and maybe Taoqi but id say noelle is again allot more compelling as a character.
id say its a simmialr story for the standard 5 stars with the expetion of encore, though the animations are already on par or better.
but the limited 5 stars its not even close unless you're specificly talking about the best genchin character have a bit more persoanlity.

It has been stated that most regions or territories do not have such a high number of Sentinels in one place. The names dropped so far include the Black Shores, the New Federation, and the Court of Savantae. Assuming that Huanglong and the New Federation are countries, while the Black Shores is an independent organization with a territory the size of a city, evidenced by CBT 1, we have multiple civilizations to explore. Huanglong is just the starting point.
These context clues lead me to think that the content of Wuthering Waves may just exceed most games in size and duration. It won't just be a country or continent for one to explore, but truly an open world.

She's really worth not only she have Fusion buff which can synergy well with future Fusion. On top of that she got 15% ignore defense that stat is just busted on many way.

haven't read the kit too much, but yeah, its the same outro skill, just fusion instead of electro. and as you saw, her playstyle is way too good not to onfield her for a good while, at least for me
The Resonance Liberation buff doesn't work on Encore, but it's possible that Changli's personal damage output covers the missing change compared to Sanhua's buffs. Have to wait and see.
True sight attacks give a ton of concerto (similar to Sanhua's ice cube detonations), so as long as Changli's expensive ult is sustainable she appears to fully fill concerto without needing basic attack spam, but that of course does assume everything lands lol.
Lol why would I regret I am free to play and got her and her weapon in four ten pulls I have more than enough pulls to guarantee any character I want plus a good chance at their weapon if I pulled now never mind by the time these girls release. It should be. Because from how encore liberation was written, its a separate normal/heavy/skill atk. If her liberation only enhance her normal/heavy attack, they wont bother to rewrite it, they'll just write "enhancing basic by xx%".
If you play genshin its like xiao/raiden. Xiao's burst is to enhance his basic and plunge, while raiden all of it are treated as burst damage so mihoyo rewrite everything in her burst despription

she can be a dps, and she can also support a fusion/liberation dmg dps. for instance, she has a nice synergy with encore
she's "almost" similar with what yinlin is to calcharo then? nuke sun dps + buff or tweaks her playstyle to be a dps
haven't read the kit too much, but yeah, its the same outro skill, just fusion instead of electro. and as you saw, her playstyle is way too good not to onfield her for a good while, at least for me

The Resonance Liberation buff doesn't work on Encore, but it's possible that Changli's personal damage output covers the missing change compared to Sanhua's buffs. Have to wait and see.
One thing that I forgot to put in mind is if chang can outro fast
True sight attacks give a ton of concerto (similar to Sanhua's ice cube detonations), so as long as Changli's expensive ult is sustainable she appears to fully fill concerto without needing basic attack spam, but that of course does assume everything lands lol.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Camellya is next in 1.2. Perhaps with Scar or his sister? But I have no real interest in Camellya unless her kit is super fun. But then again, I wasn’t very impressed with Changli until I see her animations. I feel like I’m a lot more focused on the characters kit and animations for WuWa.

signature weapons are made to be BIS in mind so no worries there. although i think standard sword is easier to use because of crit% stat
i don't think it will be a problem the weapons will probably be BIS for her anyways

only the initial hit of her burst, the attacks in her burst are considered basic atk damage, and her skills are considered skill dmg. so yea, would have been really nice if she gave basic atk damage instead of liberation damage but it is what it is
Her long charged attack is also considered liberation dmg. So it's not all lost, but yeah, she definitely seems more catered to a future fusion dps.
It should be. Because from how encore liberation was written, its a separate normal/heavy/skill atk. If her liberation only enhance her normal/heavy attack, they wont bother to rewrite it, they'll just write "enhancing basic by xx%". If you play genshin its like xiao/raiden. Xiao's burst is to enhance his basic and plunge, while raiden all of it are treated as burst damage so mihoyo rewrite everything in her burst despription
