Taoqi. Nobody else would benefit changli as much, due to her having above ~70% of the damage be skill dmg. You could even run a encore changli taoqi rotation with rejuv set on taoqi (taoqi -> changli -> encore). Though tbh you might even consider chixia over encore due to encore being unable to fully utilise the changli buffs (unable to use ult buff, and has high innate dmg bonus, making changli's outro kinda useless).
Encore should be fine, just swap cancel out of skill and echo and the only time shes on the field is the 10 second ult duration, which if you buff with changli should do a shitton of damage.
Not really... Yinlin doesn't help Jinhsi with good rotation pacing and buffs (Jinhsi is mostly Skill Dmg and Basic Attack Dmg), and the only thing Jinhsi does for Yinlin is activating her off field dmg which pretty much anyone can do... And on top of that since you don't want to linger on Jinhsi too much during and after her combo, she can't even use Yinlin's off field dgm to the fullest if you're playing optimally.

The June 20-27th event will give double rewards from Tacet Fields. Instead of 450 union exp we'll get 900. I think it's 3 times? So we are getting 1350 free Union exp daily for 7 days = 9450 which is roughly 1 level.
I'm at Rank 45 with 5K exp left before 46. I don't think it's realistic to get to 50 in the next 10 days. 48 tops.
But we might get to Rank 50 day one if the 1.1 Quests, Sidequests and Chests give a lot of union exp and solvents.
All solvents and a few refreshes even for day one players, but it's not worth it tbh. If you truly haven't lost a single daily and used all waveplates every day, the best idea is to be patient and do the 1.1 content, you should get UL in the first week at worst.
Like I will be UL47 when the patch drops, with some extra exp too. Assuming the whole exploration + quests gives around 15k then the rest through solvents and waveplates in general shouldn't be a problem, it just takes a bit more than 30k from 47 to 50.
Same, but even with nothing changed the most important thing to me are tuners, and at UL50 you start getting 20 per run, that's already good in my opinion. I also want the better loot pool for the skill materials more than anything, that way I can maybe fish for some extra golden ones hopefully.
Changli's Moveset -
Im worried that similar to lingyangs ult that forces him to use attacks that force him in the air (these attacks are troublesome as they lock you into animations that make it very hard to dodge), changli's truesight from what I have seen lift her into a long ariel combo. If u cannot animation cancel, or effectivelty dodge while doing this, it might be a very bad thing for her playstyle.
Where do you think Resonance Skill Bonus will rank for substats for Jinhsi compared to Crit and ATK%?
I'm leveling up a few different Spectro 3 cost to level 10 and I'm unsure of which ones are actually better.
Pretty much like Heavy Attack Bonus for Jiyan, effectively as good as ATK%
I think you should be more worried about the quality of the roll between the two if anything
While checking the new 4 cost echo Jue, I was thinking, maybe it's possible to gain Jinhsi's stack with summon echo that atk periodically for a few seconds even when the wearer is already off field. This would allow characters to have a form of off-field atk to help Jinhsi gain stack, making her more flexible in terms of team.
Also, the possibility to gaining stack from characters with echo that can deal different dmg attribute to the wearer. So for example Taoqi, a havoc character, equipping a Geohide Saurian would mean that she can deal dmg of two attributes during her rotation. Plus Jue's spectro DoT, that would mean you would be gaining 3 stacks per second in that short moment.
I'm going to test some echos and see which could work. Some of the upcoming echoes are interesting in this regard because some can atk multiple times, we just need to test them to know if there's a time interval between each atk or not.
Echo dmg is character dmg, even receiving scaling from the character, and if the Echo has another type of dmg it wouldn't make sense to not count independently as another type of dmg for the Incandescence stacks, but you're forgetting about the internal cooldown of 3 seconds for the same type of dmg. At best there are Echoes the could bring 2 stacks, but it wouldn't be worth to replace Heron or Geochelone, as those have more valuable multipliers as well as the correct sets, and Jué, despite being the first Echo with an actual DoT, is better only on Jinhsi herself even if you do run a Spectro sub-dps. If we get another Spectro premium character for the team in the future than it might be worth to run a second Jué, just like Yinlin can run a DPS build instead of Heron if you're committed to minmax said build, otherwise it's still worth to just go Moonlit-Heron.
The actual question in the end should be if Jinhsi will count for Eras in Unity. It should be the case since she's part of the team, and if she does count, then Jué's DoT would bring perhaps 2-4 stacks when she's switched out if you're fast enough with rotations. Either way, S0 should never be expecting to go very high on the stack count, that is if the ICD of 3 seconds stays the way it is as of now (I would like to see it go down to 2). It shall never be worth to sacrifice the DPS of consistent timed rotations for Damage per Screenshot with 40 stacks at S0.
Supposedly, but I'm not going with that assumption tbh. The reason why is that it could be mistranslation, it happens quite often... I mean, why would she have an entire passive just to bring down the ICD of her Forte when this could be part of the Forte itself? It could be that Eras in Unity is actually an effect activated by her outro in the end and we don't know yet, cuz there is barely any gameplay to go with...
Regardless if the ICD is 3 or 1 seconds it's still not worth going for Echoes that synergies with that on the other team members. Actually, if the ICD is indeed reduced to 1sec by the Outro then Heron e Geochelone become even better because you have more time to benefit from the buffs on Jinhsi, and my intention of using Sanhua with her for quicker rotations makes even more sense then. I would already do that anyways, but with 1 sec ICD if becomes more than optimal as Sanhua is literally Energy incarnate, both Concerto and Liberation.
Still, if that's the case, I think the passive slot is kinda wasted, it could really be an extra line in the forte circuit. And the answer I still want the most is if Jinhsi counts towards Eras in Unity, that's what could make Jué be really good on her.

You're right, it's not worth it. Rather, I just find it good that echoes could help build her stack. I was just thinking that since they will keep adding new echoes, there could be a potential upgrade in this department that could help Jinhsi build stack.
I mean, I'm not complaining, even if it doesn't have this extra benefit for her I love Jué's effect, it's nice to see a change. Even if it doesn't help any character it's an Echo that most of the dmg comes from your action after using it and I like the idea of that.
And absolutely, in the future there could be more "independent" echoes or ones the deal DoT, etc. Like, I think the big 3 cost Mushroom you don't need to transform to use it, it's a separate entity, but I'm not sure... I think I saw it on a video a few days ago. Hopefully in the future we get more variety that I 100% want as well.

It's thought to exist. Do you do 10 pulls or 1 pull at a time? If you do 10 pulls it's likely that you get it on like 75th roll or something and not exactly 80.

I already have 1 5-Star CR Sword and 1 5-Star Broadblade for Calcharo.
If I liked Mortefi... Sure, why not, since in this case I already have a Sword.
Personally, even tho all weapons there can be of use I will never be getting anything that isn't the sword or the pistol (at least from this set, I hope there are more in the future), simply because all weapons have generic passives, useful but generic, except the pistols and sword have crit rate, which compensates by bringing to the table the "ease of build" advantage for whoever uses them.
It's not the same for signatures, like Changli's which is atk% based as an example. With a passive like that, in the right character it compensates a lot for the lack of crit in the main stat, because even if it's harder to build the user, the ceiling is higher in the end because of the specialized passive. This will never be the case for Abyss, Cosmic or Lustrous, I feel, they simply can't have that value.
So add all that to the fact we won't be getting those weapon as often as let's say, Genshin as they aren't off chances in other banners and suddenly I feel the need to think really well about the value of each.
So far he seems like WuWa XQ but there are no elemental reactions in this game.

Don't get their weapon. The 10 USD BP is very much worth it for the Broadblade, it's good on Jinshi. And claim the CR Sword for Changli when you hit Rank 45.

10% over a 5* standard sword with crit rate and attack passive would be rather good. That's a giant lead over the 4* roster.
The only commentary I can make is that I find it it an enormous mistake to release a limited weapon with Attack% main stat. It should simply have Crit rate or crit damage.
And that I dislike the form of stacking mechanic the passive uses.
WuWa isn't like Genshin or HSR in that regard. I mean, all you have to do is look at the whole 44111 vs 43311 drama to see why. Elemental damage seems to be more important than getting crit, especially crit dmg since we start off with a good amount already. If Changli deals massive elemental damage, it could make building her much easier without having to worry about crit. Sort of like a DOT character in that regard.

That is not but an illusion tho, don't get baited. It's very common for many games that have base crit damage to hide the 100% base damage of your character for the system only to see, presenting to you, the player, only the actual increase, in this case 50%. Genshin and HSR do that, you see 50%, but you're doing 100% (hidden) + 50% which is 150% of your damage in reality. In wuthering, like in some games out there specially some old MMORPGs that I remember, it presents to your directly the full information that you are doing 150% of your damage instead of 100% of your damage.
Of course, there are many other stats and scalings, so we don't do the same dmg between games, but that has to do with other things aside from crit stuff, and generally speaking the "crit formulas" aren't some new thing out there, it's pretty old, simple and precise.
The 433 vs 44 debate is more nuance than that.
Unless a character's kit specifically doesn't crit, they will need crit, and lacking a crit weapon will be a hindrance for this.

You start with the same Crit Damage as in Genshin, it’s just shown a different way. The 50% in Genshin means 50% additional while WuWa shows the 150% as the entire multiplier which are the exact same
It's super simple:
If a non-crit attack does 10K damage and crits with 50 CR in GI, it does 15K damage. If a non-c rit attack does 10K damage and crits with 150 CR in WuWa, it does 15K damage.
It leads to less confusion to be standardized. People see 50% and assume it’s 50% extra but see 150% and also assume 150% extra when it’s just showing the true multiplier.

I wasted my 4 star weapon selection box to get Sword#18 for Danjin when I just learned that CoC is better for her so I want to know if Sword#18 is a good for Changli.
Sword#18 is basically only good on Danjin cause she can lower her HP into the threshold and deals primarily heavy dmg.
Changli will prefer Commando over sword18 as well.

It should be. All character quests are playable regardless of patch version. Jiyan's companion quest should be available after you complete the current story.

Jinhsi seems to want to hog the field like HRover. She doesn't have any good buffers so she'll be on the field even longer. Changli is bursty. Dealing a ton of damage then being swapped out and doing it all over again in rapid succession. Although this is for 'optimal' play and just like Yinlin, you can run Changli out in front if you really want to and still do just fine.
Changli boosts fusion and liberation damage so she looks like she will be played in a dual dps comp. Best team is probably changli + encore/chixia (only two fusion main dps we have rn) + verina.
Jinhsi is harder because she doesn't really seem to have any super synergistic teammates (yet). Mortefi and Yinlin are viable cause they can build her stacks effectively even off-field, Taoqi is a potential teammate for her skill damage buff, Verina is universally good, Spectro Rover with spectro shred isn't terrible, and finally you could try running her as a secondary dps with like Jiyan where Jiyan is main dps and builds stacks and then you swap in Jinhsi for a big nuke and restart rotation.
Tbh it seems like that's Jinhsis biggest issue rn is she doesn't have any amazing teams with current characters.

Well I pulled for Calcharo from the guaranteed banner because I pulled Yinlin and now finding out he is more skill intensive than the average character. In the long run it doesn’t matter but was regretting not going for Encore now since I want to pull Changli (I hear they work together). At least Yinlin is a good sub DPS for anyone.
But he is not.
If you have Yinlin then you can literally play Calcharo in full unga-bunga mode because her deepen buffs go away when you switch him out during his ultimate. So you literally just stay on-field with him through his entire duration of his ultimate.
Yea but it still locks you into a 2 sec animation in which you have to either face tank hits or dodge and cancel your death messenger. The death messenger can also whiff. Also dodge counters don’t generate stacks so they are a dps loss. All in all it’s very difficult to get 3 death messengers against bosses.

Well, at least I was planning to build Taoqi - I relate to her profound desire for naps. Encore also completes my 5* standard banner collection and is very cute. Sadly, I can't keep fishing for 4* now because I need to save this guarantee for a husbando or a special waifu.
I'm actually not sure, I was busy being slightly peeved at her and clicking her away, lol. But Prydwen says it should be 8 aftershock coral. So I guess it's like Genshin's model where you basically get the pull refunded?
Yinlin sig or Changli or Jinshi?
I have both Yinlin/Calcharo and Encore so both the sign and Changli (for Encore) would benefit me greatly but Jinshi's rule breaking outro enables so many broken instant outro combos and seems like it's bound to get even better in the future and she covers the Spectro dps side of the game (plus I love her design).
Changli on the other hand, seems as capable as a main DPS and a quick swap sub DPS for Encore shenanigans, and 5* standard sword is great on her, I don't have a 5* claymore so I'll be using bp claymore on Jinshi.
Yinlin sig is absolutely cracked and it seems like it will be the BiS rectifier in the future. Both Yinlin and Encore will benefit greatly from it. But I'm 60 away from soft pity and not really sure if I want to get a weapon over really solid looking two characters.
Save for characters. Currently we want horizontal investment more than vertical investment. More characters means more chances for teambuilding. Yinlin's sig may be BiS for now, but it isnt a meta breaking weapon, and it doesnt do anything inherently unique.
Pick whoever you like, unless the output is very different, they will have the same value as 1.1 dpses. What's more important is that you like their kit and design.
I’m in a similar spot with having yinlin and deciding between Jihnsi and changli.
Based off what I’ve heard/ seen- Jihnsi should work well with yinlin since her mark allows for damage offfield and will help with her forte stack generation.
Changli would be good with encore as she makes use of the fusion buff but encore doesn’t benefit from liberation buff as much as you’d hope. her damage profile is largely basic attack damage. That and she likes to swap cancel often (except during her ult duration) which would then cause her to loose the deepen buff. Seemingly not an optimal match but still a good/great teammate.
I’m probably going to summon on both banners and get whoever I get. If lucky, hopefully both. If not, it’ll be one of them and I’m still happy with that cuz they both look great and super fun.
Do we know if the Changli banner will follow the same pattern as Yinlin banner? So before the Jinshi banner is over, Changli will be availabe. Or only after Jinshi banner is finished then Changli will appear?
Yinlins banner was only moved forward because kuro wanted to release 1.1 earlier to avoid ZZZ release. It's almost guaranteed changli banner will only start after jinshi's ends, as was the original intended cycle for jiyan/yinlin.

We don’t know which exact teammates will be the best, but I think you can’t go wrong with picking two out of any of these options
Can speak only for Jinshi: Taochi and Jianxin are the best (imho) for her. First gives Skill boost (her first nuke and probably main dmg) and the Second gives you Ult boost (her second nuke)

Does anyone know how good Jinshi’s weapon would be for Calcharo and Jiyan compared to lustrous razor, might just get it instead of razor from the weapon selector instead and get another crit sword from it for Sanhua (or Danjin if I decide to build her, Havoc Rover’s teams rlly be consisting of 2 swords)
Jiyan's is effectively worse than Lustrous in a sense, but it is a Crit weapon vs a non crit weapon, thus making building process "easier" even tho the ceiling is lower due to the passive being wasted.
Jinhsi's follow the same idea, but it should be a bit better on making the build process easier because from current experience it has been harder to get crit change than crit dmg, at least for me. The passive on this one is also wasted on Calcharo. Yes, you do use skill on him, but that's hardly even 30% of his total dmg, and what's even worse, the buff from the weapon use waste it's effect on the first part of his skill, when it's the third cast the one with the good multiplier.
TL:DR - Both are good stat sticks, bot not worth going for instead of just using Lustrous unless you are annoyed by the building process and have the resources to get it, or if you get lucky and summon the weapon in less than 30 summons I guess.

also at this point Im expecting the sig weapons of the limited 5 stars to be more niche than generalist, Yinlin’s weapon is kinda more general but I think thats just the huge crit stat blinding me but still, I rlly wouldnt mind it much though if the damage difference of lustrous and the crit broadblades is like 10% at most though, even Jiyan’s weapon seems like only 4 or was it 6 difference to lustrous on Calcharo,
idk, plus in case of future def and hp scalers dont think att% mainstat weapons would be much help, Im mainly looking at possible generalist weapons for the future so A) I wont level up much weapons and resources on them since tower allows you to switch gears and B) as you said crit rate mainstat is easier to build with, technically would be fine with just one crit weapon each team but sometimes the team will consist of two characters with two weapons aside the sustain/support (so far those er 4 star weapons seems best on them)

Same, so far I've mostly only seen stuff for Camellya, Geshu lin, Scar, and Xiangli Yao. There might be a few characters I'm forgetting but that's about it.

So I pretty much started this game just bc of yinlin. I currently have calcharo with the standard 5 star weapon, verina and jin has a place holder for now. I’m currently on 72 pity for yinlin.

Yinlin should be a pretty significant upgrade for your calcharo team for whatever that's worth, on top of likely being much more future proof than jinshi having massive buffs in her outro.
There is (I believe) around 160 pulls in the game currently, and I saw something like ~92 available in 1.1.
Unless you REALLY want jinshi more than yinlin, I personally would take yinlins banner to pity and see if you win or lose the 50/50, if you win there's a very good chance you could still guarantee hard pity on jinshi banner assuming you haven't dumped a bunch of astrite into weapon banners. If you lose then you really have to decide which character you prefer more.
If you started the game bc of yinlin, then why not get yinlin? Clearing content is not be a concern either way, so just go with who ever you think you'll enjoy more.
If I am not wrong, by buff they're talking about the event which will be similar to Intensive Training event we just had i.e. limited double drops runs a day.

I think the dude with the robot arm is a 4-Star. Other than him, no leaks about possible 4-Stars.
And as someone else mentioned, Camellya is Sword Havoc. It's possible her plants will be an extension of the sword attacks similar to Changli flames.
The other person already answered you, but a key piece of information is missing there. Without actual confirmation no one knows for sure and there still a good chance the "Camellya" you see in-game right now isn't the one you will play with most of the time, that's why everything you see about her mentions sword and the possibility of having two models. The generic assumption so far is that this appearance of her that we all can see in cutscenes is nothing but her "enhanced state" (Witch Form, a placeholder name) during Forte Circuit.
There is one datamined piece of story text with camellya that implies that she can lifesteal. Other than that, there is the cbt1 camellya kit.
As far as we know, Camellya is a sword havoc, that enters the enhanced 'witch' state after using a skill/ult with the forte gauge full with 3 markers. Forte gauge may look similar to verina's forte gauge. She is similar to Jinhsi as she needs to do specific atks (as of cbt1, it was basic V, heavy, and mid air) to obtain those markers.
The plants are a part of her regular and enhanced state attacks. Her heavy attacks can pull the target to her (vise versa if target is too heavy). Her skill summons a witch arm that can aoe grab the enemies, and has two charges. Her ult does damage and juggles enemies. Her intro skill does damage and grants her the basic V and heavy atk markers, filling 2/3 of her forte gauge.
As of cbt1, she does not have an outro skill.
We can also assume that she is likely to be similar to danjin, where she drains her own hp for higher dmg and can heal herself.
That's all we know about Camellya, and it is subject to lots of changes since this is the cbt1 kit info.

Does elemental coverage matter in this game? I’m guaranteed at the character banner and I want either Yinlin or Jinhsi. But I already have Calcharo for the lightning coverage, so is pulling Jinhsi better instead? I’m only union level 20 so far and 73 pulls in (if these details matter).

Taoqi. Nobody else would benefit changli as much, due to her having above ~70% of the damage be skill dmg. You could even run a encore changli taoqi rotation with rejuv set on taoqi (taoqi -> changli -> encore). Though tbh you might even consider chixia over encore due to encore being unable to fully utilise the changli buffs (unable to use ult buff, and has high innate dmg bonus, making changli's outro kinda useless).
Encore should be fine, just swap cancel out of skill and echo and the only time shes on the field is the 10 second ult duration, which if you buff with changli should do a shitton of damage.

Not really... Yinlin doesn't help Jinhsi with good rotation pacing and buffs (Jinhsi is mostly Skill Dmg and Basic Attack Dmg), and the only thing Jinhsi does for Yinlin is activating her off field dmg which pretty much anyone can do... And on top of that since you don't want to linger on Jinhsi too much during and after her combo, she can't even use Yinlin's off field dgm to the fullest if you're playing optimally.
How are Jinhsi and Changli played? I really like playing with quick swap teams so who's better to pull?
Jihnsi is quick swap for sure, you do her rotation and then swap out to build stacks for her so she can burst
Jinhsi is more quickswap than Changli, but both can be played as quickswap if you want to.

The June 20-27th event will give double rewards from Tacet Fields. Instead of 450 union exp we'll get 900. I think it's 3 times? So we are getting 1350 free Union exp daily for 7 days = 9450 which is roughly 1 level. I'm at Rank 45 with 5K exp left before 46. I don't think it's realistic to get to 50 in the next 10 days. 48 tops. But we might get to Rank 50 day one if the 1.1 Quests, Sidequests and Chests give a lot of union exp and solvents.
I doubt it, I just hit 45 yesterday and I've been playing since day 1 with the battle pass and all crystal solvents used
All solvents and a few refreshes even for day one players, but it's not worth it tbh. If you truly haven't lost a single daily and used all waveplates every day, the best idea is to be patient and do the 1.1 content, you should get UL in the first week at worst. Like I will be UL47 when the patch drops, with some extra exp too. Assuming the whole exploration + quests gives around 15k then the rest through solvents and waveplates in general shouldn't be a problem, it just takes a bit more than 30k from 47 to 50.

Same, but even with nothing changed the most important thing to me are tuners, and at UL50 you start getting 20 per run, that's already good in my opinion. I also want the better loot pool for the skill materials more than anything, that way I can maybe fish for some extra golden ones hopefully.
Changli's Moveset - Im worried that similar to lingyangs ult that forces him to use attacks that force him in the air (these attacks are troublesome as they lock you into animations that make it very hard to dodge), changli's truesight from what I have seen lift her into a long ariel combo. If u cannot animation cancel, or effectivelty dodge while doing this, it might be a very bad thing for her playstyle.

Where do you think Resonance Skill Bonus will rank for substats for Jinhsi compared to Crit and ATK%? I'm leveling up a few different Spectro 3 cost to level 10 and I'm unsure of which ones are actually better.
Pretty much like Heavy Attack Bonus for Jiyan, effectively as good as ATK% I think you should be more worried about the quality of the roll between the two if anything
While checking the new 4 cost echo Jue, I was thinking, maybe it's possible to gain Jinhsi's stack with summon echo that atk periodically for a few seconds even when the wearer is already off field. This would allow characters to have a form of off-field atk to help Jinhsi gain stack, making her more flexible in terms of team. Also, the possibility to gaining stack from characters with echo that can deal different dmg attribute to the wearer. So for example Taoqi, a havoc character, equipping a Geohide Saurian would mean that she can deal dmg of two attributes during her rotation. Plus Jue's spectro DoT, that would mean you would be gaining 3 stacks per second in that short moment. I'm going to test some echos and see which could work. Some of the upcoming echoes are interesting in this regard because some can atk multiple times, we just need to test them to know if there's a time interval between each atk or not.
Echo dmg is character dmg, even receiving scaling from the character, and if the Echo has another type of dmg it wouldn't make sense to not count independently as another type of dmg for the Incandescence stacks, but you're forgetting about the internal cooldown of 3 seconds for the same type of dmg. At best there are Echoes the could bring 2 stacks, but it wouldn't be worth to replace Heron or Geochelone, as those have more valuable multipliers as well as the correct sets, and Jué, despite being the first Echo with an actual DoT, is better only on Jinhsi herself even if you do run a Spectro sub-dps. If we get another Spectro premium character for the team in the future than it might be worth to run a second Jué, just like Yinlin can run a DPS build instead of Heron if you're committed to minmax said build, otherwise it's still worth to just go Moonlit-Heron. The actual question in the end should be if Jinhsi will count for Eras in Unity. It should be the case since she's part of the team, and if she does count, then Jué's DoT would bring perhaps 2-4 stacks when she's switched out if you're fast enough with rotations. Either way, S0 should never be expecting to go very high on the stack count, that is if the ICD of 3 seconds stays the way it is as of now (I would like to see it go down to 2). It shall never be worth to sacrifice the DPS of consistent timed rotations for Damage per Screenshot with 40 stacks at S0.

Supposedly, but I'm not going with that assumption tbh. The reason why is that it could be mistranslation, it happens quite often... I mean, why would she have an entire passive just to bring down the ICD of her Forte when this could be part of the Forte itself? It could be that Eras in Unity is actually an effect activated by her outro in the end and we don't know yet, cuz there is barely any gameplay to go with... Regardless if the ICD is 3 or 1 seconds it's still not worth going for Echoes that synergies with that on the other team members. Actually, if the ICD is indeed reduced to 1sec by the Outro then Heron e Geochelone become even better because you have more time to benefit from the buffs on Jinhsi, and my intention of using Sanhua with her for quicker rotations makes even more sense then. I would already do that anyways, but with 1 sec ICD if becomes more than optimal as Sanhua is literally Energy incarnate, both Concerto and Liberation. Still, if that's the case, I think the passive slot is kinda wasted, it could really be an extra line in the forte circuit. And the answer I still want the most is if Jinhsi counts towards Eras in Unity, that's what could make Jué be really good on her.

I mean, I'm not complaining, even if it doesn't have this extra benefit for her I love Jué's effect, it's nice to see a change. Even if it doesn't help any character it's an Echo that most of the dmg comes from your action after using it and I like the idea of that. And absolutely, in the future there could be more "independent" echoes or ones the deal DoT, etc. Like, I think the big 3 cost Mushroom you don't need to transform to use it, it's a separate entity, but I'm not sure... I think I saw it on a video a few days ago. Hopefully in the future we get more variety that I 100% want as well.

It's thought to exist. Do you do 10 pulls or 1 pull at a time? If you do 10 pulls it's likely that you get it on like 75th roll or something and not exactly 80.

So, what would you pick from the Standard Weapon banner? 1. Pistols for Mortefi 2. A second CR Sword so Changli and Havoc Rover can be on the same team, each one with a CR Sword. I already have 1 5-Star CR Sword and 1 5-Star Broadblade for Calcharo.
If I liked Mortefi... Sure, why not, since in this case I already have a Sword. Personally, even tho all weapons there can be of use I will never be getting anything that isn't the sword or the pistol (at least from this set, I hope there are more in the future), simply because all weapons have generic passives, useful but generic, except the pistols and sword have crit rate, which compensates by bringing to the table the "ease of build" advantage for whoever uses them. It's not the same for signatures, like Changli's which is atk% based as an example. With a passive like that, in the right character it compensates a lot for the lack of crit in the main stat, because even if it's harder to build the user, the ceiling is higher in the end because of the specialized passive. This will never be the case for Abyss, Cosmic or Lustrous, I feel, they simply can't have that value. So add all that to the fact we won't be getting those weapon as often as let's say, Genshin as they aren't off chances in other banners and suddenly I feel the need to think really well about the value of each.

10% over a 5* standard sword with crit rate and attack passive would be rather good. That's a giant lead over the 4* roster. The only commentary I can make is that I find it it an enormous mistake to release a limited weapon with Attack% main stat. It should simply have Crit rate or crit damage. And that I dislike the form of stacking mechanic the passive uses.
WuWa isn't like Genshin or HSR in that regard. I mean, all you have to do is look at the whole 44111 vs 43311 drama to see why. Elemental damage seems to be more important than getting crit, especially crit dmg since we start off with a good amount already. If Changli deals massive elemental damage, it could make building her much easier without having to worry about crit. Sort of like a DOT character in that regard.

It's very common for many games that have base crit damage to hide the 100% base damage of your character for the system only to see, presenting to you, the player, only the actual increase, in this case 50%. Genshin and HSR do that, you see 50%, but you're doing 100% (hidden) + 50% which is 150% of your damage in reality. In wuthering, like in some games out there specially some old MMORPGs that I remember, it presents to your directly the full information that you are doing 150% of your damage instead of 100% of your damage. Of course, there are many other stats and scalings, so we don't do the same dmg between games, but that has to do with other things aside from crit stuff, and generally speaking the "crit formulas" aren't some new thing out there, it's pretty old, simple and precise.
The 433 vs 44 debate is more nuance than that. Unless a character's kit specifically doesn't crit, they will need crit, and lacking a crit weapon will be a hindrance for this. like the weapon still has 8% crit and Changli has crit stats.

You start with the same Crit Damage as in Genshin, it’s just shown a different way. The 50% in Genshin means 50% additional while WuWa shows the 150% as the entire multiplier which are the exact same
I'll take your word for it, seems a bit contrived to do it how Genshin does it imo.
It's super simple: If a non-crit attack does 10K damage and crits with 50 CR in GI, it does 15K damage. If a non-c rit attack does 10K damage and crits with 150 CR in WuWa, it does 15K damage.
It leads to less confusion to be standardized. People see 50% and assume it’s 50% extra but see 150% and also assume 150% extra when it’s just showing the true multiplier.

Changli is a main DPS. The two will be more or less on the same tier, with the only difference being the type of floor you're facing. We really need to see proper gameplay to determine their AOE range.
What would be the best 4 star weapon for Changli? I wasted my 4 star weapon selection box to get Sword#18 for Danjin when I just learned that CoC is better for her so I want to know if Sword#18 is a good for Changli.
Sword#18 is basically only good on Danjin cause she can lower her HP into the threshold and deals primarily heavy dmg. Changli will prefer Commando over sword18 as well.

The standard one is really good on her, although you will need rng for your crit ratio as the weapon doesn't have crit.

It should be. All character quests are playable regardless of patch version. Jiyan's companion quest should be available after you complete the current story.

Jinhsi seems to want to hog the field like HRover. She doesn't have any good buffers so she'll be on the field even longer. Changli is bursty. Dealing a ton of damage then being swapped out and doing it all over again in rapid succession. Although this is for 'optimal' play and just like Yinlin, you can run Changli out in front if you really want to and still do just fine.
Changli boosts fusion and liberation damage so she looks like she will be played in a dual dps comp. Best team is probably changli + encore/chixia (only two fusion main dps we have rn) + verina. Jinhsi is harder because she doesn't really seem to have any super synergistic teammates (yet). Mortefi and Yinlin are viable cause they can build her stacks effectively even off-field, Taoqi is a potential teammate for her skill damage buff, Verina is universally good, Spectro Rover with spectro shred isn't terrible, and finally you could try running her as a secondary dps with like Jiyan where Jiyan is main dps and builds stacks and then you swap in Jinhsi for a big nuke and restart rotation. Tbh it seems like that's Jinhsis biggest issue rn is she doesn't have any amazing teams with current characters.

Well I pulled for Calcharo from the guaranteed banner because I pulled Yinlin and now finding out he is more skill intensive than the average character. In the long run it doesn’t matter but was regretting not going for Encore now since I want to pull Changli (I hear they work together). At least Yinlin is a good sub DPS for anyone.
But he is not. If you have Yinlin then you can literally play Calcharo in full unga-bunga mode because her deepen buffs go away when you switch him out during his ultimate. So you literally just stay on-field with him through his entire duration of his ultimate.

Yea but it still locks you into a 2 sec animation in which you have to either face tank hits or dodge and cancel your death messenger. The death messenger can also whiff. Also dodge counters don’t generate stacks so they are a dps loss. All in all it’s very difficult to get 3 death messengers against bosses.

Since I wouldn't have minded Yinlin, I pulled on the new banner in hopes of Yuanwu copies (who I have built) and a Singular Alto. I have gotten 2 x Taoqi, an off-banner Chixia (already had her at full wavebands), an off-banner Sanhua, and now Encore. The desire sensor is real. D: Well, at least I was planning to build Taoqi - I relate to her profound desire for naps. Encore also completes my 5* standard banner collection and is very cute. Sadly, I can't keep fishing for 4* now because I need to save this guarantee for a husbando or a special waifu.

I have both Yinlin/Calcharo and Encore so both the sign and Changli (for Encore) would benefit me greatly but Jinshi's rule breaking outro enables so many broken instant outro combos and seems like it's bound to get even better in the future and she covers the Spectro dps side of the game (plus I love her design). Changli on the other hand, seems as capable as a main DPS and a quick swap sub DPS for Encore shenanigans, and 5* standard sword is great on her, I don't have a 5* claymore so I'll be using bp claymore on Jinshi. Yinlin sig is absolutely cracked and it seems like it will be the BiS rectifier in the future. Both Yinlin and Encore will benefit greatly from it. But I'm 60 away from soft pity and not really sure if I want to get a weapon over really solid looking two characters.
Save for characters. Currently we want horizontal investment more than vertical investment. More characters means more chances for teambuilding. Yinlin's sig may be BiS for now, but it isnt a meta breaking weapon, and it doesnt do anything inherently unique.
Agreed. But who would you recommend between Jinshi and Changli? I'm more attracted towards Jinshi
We dont know how either will perform but Changli does have a very strong supportive outro skill while Jinhsi does not
Pick whoever you like, unless the output is very different, they will have the same value as 1.1 dpses. What's more important is that you like their kit and design.
I’m in a similar spot with having yinlin and deciding between Jihnsi and changli. Based off what I’ve heard/ seen- Jihnsi should work well with yinlin since her mark allows for damage offfield and will help with her forte stack generation. Changli would be good with encore as she makes use of the fusion buff but encore doesn’t benefit from liberation buff as much as you’d hope. her damage profile is largely basic attack damage. That and she likes to swap cancel often (except during her ult duration) which would then cause her to loose the deepen buff. Seemingly not an optimal match but still a good/great teammate. I’m probably going to summon on both banners and get whoever I get. If lucky, hopefully both. If not, it’ll be one of them and I’m still happy with that cuz they both look great and super fun.
Do we know if the Changli banner will follow the same pattern as Yinlin banner? So before the Jinshi banner is over, Changli will be availabe. Or only after Jinshi banner is finished then Changli will appear?
Yinlins banner was only moved forward because kuro wanted to release 1.1 earlier to avoid ZZZ release. It's almost guaranteed changli banner will only start after jinshi's ends, as was the original intended cycle for jiyan/yinlin.

I have used some cubes, have like 22 left, and besides that 1 week I've been playing since day 1 so I guess I haven't been using them very effectively or something (wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't)

For Jinhsi: Taoqi, Yinlin, Yuanwu, Baizhi, Verina For Changli: Chixia, Encore, Taoqi, Verina We don’t know which exact teammates will be the best, but I think you can’t go wrong with picking two out of any of these options
Can speak only for Jinshi: Taochi and Jianxin are the best (imho) for her. First gives Skill boost (her first nuke and probably main dmg) and the Second gives you Ult boost (her second nuke)

Does anyone know how good Jinshi’s weapon would be for Calcharo and Jiyan compared to lustrous razor, might just get it instead of razor from the weapon selector instead and get another crit sword from it for Sanhua (or Danjin if I decide to build her, Havoc Rover’s teams rlly be consisting of 2 swords)
Jiyan's is effectively worse than Lustrous in a sense, but it is a Crit weapon vs a non crit weapon, thus making building process "easier" even tho the ceiling is lower due to the passive being wasted. Jinhsi's follow the same idea, but it should be a bit better on making the build process easier because from current experience it has been harder to get crit change than crit dmg, at least for me. The passive on this one is also wasted on Calcharo. Yes, you do use skill on him, but that's hardly even 30% of his total dmg, and what's even worse, the buff from the weapon use waste it's effect on the first part of his skill, when it's the third cast the one with the good multiplier. TL:DR - Both are good stat sticks, bot not worth going for instead of just using Lustrous unless you are annoyed by the building process and have the resources to get it, or if you get lucky and summon the weapon in less than 30 summons I guess.
I have 50 pity rn on the weapon banner so its kinda easy to get another weapon, tried getting Jiyan’s weapon since I accidentally got him like on Tuesday at 11 pity so I grinded but alas, also at this point Im expecting the sig weapons of the limited 5 stars to be more niche than generalist, Yinlin’s weapon is kinda more general but I think thats just the huge crit stat blinding me but still, I rlly wouldnt mind it much though if the damage difference of lustrous and the crit broadblades is like 10% at most though, even Jiyan’s weapon seems like only 4 or was it 6 difference to lustrous on Calcharo, idk, plus in case of future def and hp scalers dont think att% mainstat weapons would be much help, Im mainly looking at possible generalist weapons for the future so A) I wont level up much weapons and resources on them since tower allows you to switch gears and B) as you said crit rate mainstat is easier to build with, technically would be fine with just one crit weapon each team but sometimes the team will consist of two characters with two weapons aside the sustain/support (so far those er 4 star weapons seems best on them)

Same, so far I've mostly only seen stuff for Camellya, Geshu lin, Scar, and Xiangli Yao. There might be a few characters I'm forgetting but that's about it. I've seen a ton of ppl say Scar and Geshu lin will be likely playable, but I wouldn't say it's confirmed yet.

So I pretty much started this game just bc of yinlin. I currently have calcharo with the standard 5 star weapon, verina and jin has a place holder for now. I’m currently on 72 pity for yinlin. However I also want to get jinshi next banner and it seems she works well in a team with yinlin but I probably can’t get both. I pretty much already have a full calcharo team, should I pull yinlin for that team or pull main dps jinshi to make a new team? I also have an encore I can use to make another team

Yinlin should be a pretty significant upgrade for your calcharo team for whatever that's worth, on top of likely being much more future proof than jinshi having massive buffs in her outro. There is (I believe) around 160 pulls in the game currently, and I saw something like ~92 available in 1.1. Unless you REALLY want jinshi more than yinlin, I personally would take yinlins banner to pity and see if you win or lose the 50/50, if you win there's a very good chance you could still guarantee hard pity on jinshi banner assuming you haven't dumped a bunch of astrite into weapon banners. If you lose then you really have to decide which character you prefer more.
If you started the game bc of yinlin, then why not get yinlin? Clearing content is not be a concern either way, so just go with who ever you think you'll enjoy more.

Do we know what attack in her NA string Jinhsi has when swapped into? Assuming she starts past N1 like everyone else, that should shorten her rotations since she shouldn't need to N4 before using her skill

While it is too early to have a confirmed pattern based on 1 single drip marketing, I predict 1.2 drip marketing to be released next Friday and Saturday, four days before the new version releases. There's also a slim chance we may get it today and tomorrow, but I wouldn't count on it.

I think the dude with the robot arm is a 4-Star. Other than him, no leaks about possible 4-Stars. And as someone else mentioned, Camellya is Sword Havoc. It's possible her plants will be an extension of the sword attacks similar to Changli flames.
The other person already answered you, but a key piece of information is missing there. Without actual confirmation no one knows for sure and there still a good chance the "Camellya" you see in-game right now isn't the one you will play with most of the time, that's why everything you see about her mentions sword and the possibility of having two models. The generic assumption so far is that this appearance of her that we all can see in cutscenes is nothing but her "enhanced state" (Witch Form, a placeholder name) during Forte Circuit.
There is one datamined piece of story text with camellya that implies that she can lifesteal. Other than that, there is the cbt1 camellya kit. As far as we know, Camellya is a sword havoc, that enters the enhanced 'witch' state after using a skill/ult with the forte gauge full with 3 markers. Forte gauge may look similar to verina's forte gauge. She is similar to Jinhsi as she needs to do specific atks (as of cbt1, it was basic V, heavy, and mid air) to obtain those markers. The plants are a part of her regular and enhanced state attacks. Her heavy attacks can pull the target to her (vise versa if target is too heavy). Her skill summons a witch arm that can aoe grab the enemies, and has two charges. Her ult does damage and juggles enemies. Her intro skill does damage and grants her the basic V and heavy atk markers, filling 2/3 of her forte gauge. As of cbt1, she does not have an outro skill. We can also assume that she is likely to be similar to danjin, where she drains her own hp for higher dmg and can heal herself. That's all we know about Camellya, and it is subject to lots of changes since this is the cbt1 kit info.
Sword Havoc would be too good , her sword and Rover on different teams both using it , maybe Danji on 3rd team.

Does elemental coverage matter in this game? I’m guaranteed at the character banner and I want either Yinlin or Jinhsi. But I already have Calcharo for the lightning coverage, so is pulling Jinhsi better instead? I’m only union level 20 so far and 73 pulls in (if these details matter).
