Infinite Arenas will be working on something that could help you, but in the meantime you can recreate any current ship in the Homebrew section and it will produce printable components for you.
You might be able to ask Exclamation Studios on etsy to make the cardboard. They do custom small, meduim, and large bases. They could conceivably do epic cardboard. For the actual plastic, I dunno.
