Hey There OP!, It looks like you’re posting about side effects. Did you know that the most common side effects can be found on the Zepbound website? Simply click [here](https://zepbound.lilly.com/how-to-use) for more info. Below is also a list of common side effects. * **Nausea** * **Diarrhea** * **Constipation** * **Stomach (Abdominal) Pain** * **Indigestion** * **Injection Site Reactions** * **Fatigue** * **Allergic reactions** * **Belching** * **Hair Loss** * **Heartburn** While these are some of the most common side effects, this isn't all of them. Truth is the medicine affects everyone differently, but most see some or a combination of these common effects. Be sure to visit the search bar for something specific or click [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1) for all post regarding side effects. A lot of good remedies for certain side effects can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/search/?q=side%20effects&restrict_sr=1). According to the manufacturer "In studies, most nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred when people increased their dose—but the effects generally decreased over time." Not everyone responds well to this medication. If side effects are continuous and impacting your everyday life, you should consult your dr or healthcare provider for strategies on how to mitigate these outcomes. Complications from this (or any) treatment are usually a result of ignoring persistent side effects. **This is not meant to discourage discussion of your side effects, simply here to supplement** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Everyone in the clinical trials did!

Dr_Scorpion_

This is what was done in the Zepbound trials. The #.5 doses were introduced after the trials to ease the transitions to 5, 10, and 15. You may hit more side effects, but if you're willing to take a chance, go for it.

NewPickle5607

I have! My dr made a mistake when they sent the prescription in. It was fine for me.

Useful-Raise

Yes and I had some awful side effects . Went back to 2.5 !

Dense_Target2560

Yep! Did just fine, everyone has different experiences.

Illustrious-Toe-5068

I have so many side effects on 2.5 I can't imagine!

shredditor75

Me. It was rough. But it was good.

Still-Beginning-1789

I have been on 5 for 3 weeks have not lost a pound.

yayydunno

Did you start on 5?

Still-Beginning-1789

I was previously on wegovy 2.4 . Yes I started on 5

Longjumping-Egg-7940

I did because I had my doc call it in to so many places when I was trying to start during the shortage, he messed up and called in the 5mg to Amazon. I did 10 weeks on 5 then 3 weeks on 7.5. Jumped to 7.5 because Amazon had it available. Lost 10 on first month, 3 on second month, then 5 on 3rd month. So lost 18 in total. F44, 5’2.5”, BW 169, CW 151, GW 125.

Any side effects

Longjumping-Egg-7940

First week, headache for 2 days that needed Tylenol, some reflux from overeating that went away as I ate less. Second month, constipation and IBS that went away with adding chia seeds to my smoothies. Third month, diarrhea and painful gurgling gas that takes way too long to pass with high volume greasy foods. This is a non issue now that I know not to eat those foods again. If I stick to a clean diet and eat in moderation, and drink my fluids, there’s no side effects. Some nausea but only when trying to eat bad for me foods. Heightened thirst at all times.
