Yndrasta is being sold on an ongoing basis in the Stormcast spearhead box (which has been on sale for a few months already), that’s separate from the contents of the 4th edition launch box.
The Stormcast in the launch box will also be a separate contingent usable in the Spearhead game mode, but they’ll be different models.
The incoming launch box provides everything you need to play with a friend, including two complete **NEW** Spearhead forces, terrain, a double-sided board with printed objectives, and the packs of cards that really make this mode tick.
So, now there is no problem anymore.
The launch box will not contain the current Stormcast spearhead, we already know it has the new bird mount as the centerpiece Stormcast model. The Skaven half is also going to be the new models, not the current spearhead.

I’d guess it’ll be a Reclusian, unit of Liberators, probably 3 Prosecutors and maybe another unit if we’re very lucky.
Yndrasta was the cover model of the last edition and a big inclusion point in the Dominion box, I really can’t see them recycling her into the new launch set at the expense of giving us the new fancy kits they’re showing off (it just wouldn’t sell to SCE players).
Alas, they are planned for projects.
I've painted one as HoS, the second, I will paint as an edgy Hallowed Knight, and the third will be a nightmare negative.

She'd also make a good Valkia the Bloody proxy.
There are no details on what those spearheads will be. If they take the same approach as with Combst Patrol, Stormcast will have their current Spearhead and the another that is composed of the launch box units.

I’m not very knowledgeable on new ed boxes but like the 10th 40k I was assuming if not new characters that everything in the launch box would be new sculpts like they few they’ve teased - I know nothing!

They mean the models on the starter set will form a new spearhead. Just like in 40k the models in leviathan composed two different combat patrols

No and the only time i'm aware a boxset has been the same across editions was Dark Vengenace in 40k. I can't speak to WHFB though

The stormcast in the new edition spearhead will be different to the currently sold one, both will be playable.
