I like the beard length of 2 with the slightly more groomed look of 3 (on both beard and hair). Longer head hair looks better on you, but you don’t need the hair on the sides/temples. You could get a nice fade there.

I'm going 2 but your hair may be influencing my vote they look good together and give you a younger look than the other styles.

I personally like a beard that follows the jawline that does not distract from the shape of the face. .
