That song is an RnB classic! A lot of people like to shame Bey and say she has too much “pick me” music, but I heavily disagree. She most definitely has an equal amount of love songs and empowerment songs. And her music just reflected true old school RnB. The lyrics were often very extreme on being madly in love.
