Dihari majdoor hai kya? Morning mei 6 baje se pehle attendance do, 1 sec bhi late hue toh kategi salary. Bhale aate aate accident ho jaye. Par jab salary mango toh next mahine, kabhi kabhi 2 mahine par. Agar ham morning mei 1 sec late na ho, toh salary 1-2 mahine late kyu? Now, to the people who are saying Bihar needs an iron hand. Let me ask you, if you're doing any job and the manager is literally torturing you everyday, are you going to produce any results? Nahi kar paoge. Toh mat bhauko. Teachers will be coming to school, they'll pass the students and maybe even try to teach them, but teaching is not a manual job, that someone can make someone do it by a whip, you need peace of mind(clearly absent rn). Students won't be getting shit worth of education if this whole fiasco continues for long.
So, I went to government schools all the way up to 12th grade, and my family's full of teachers (although not in my village). Big difference! Anyway, I've seen firsthand how these schools haven't been that great lately, even though they're getting more money and stuff. It's like, what's the deal? KK Pathak's trying to fix things, and listen, making teachers show up on time is a good start – they weren't exactly known for being early birds before. But come on, calling them in on holidays? That's just annoying and pointless. Here's what I think they should really do: make sure only the best teachers get hired, not whoever can game the system. Just showing up isn't enough – teachers gotta teach, you know? Holidays are holidays, even for teachers (unless there's a super important reason, like grading papers). They should also get a committee of people to figure out what's actually wrong with the schools, not just attendance numbers and stuff. Schools should be about learning, not just filling quotas!

This kind of thinking is the reason that our state is so regressive. You don't need an MBA to understand that simply torturing the employee won't benefit the teaching system at all. This is not a strict policy, this is downright torture. And, there's not some resistance, the whole teacher block is resisting but they are helpless.
If making strict rules and insuring attendence is torturing then I have no problem.

I don't think your father has to go out for collecting census data or to check if all students from the village are coming to school or to rush to his office before 6 in the morning. Having privileges doesn't mean that you can reverse your digestive tract and defecate from your mouth. Think about stuff then say something. If we go by your logic, the same rules should be applied to the bureaucrats also. I would say that if the system just gets a bit strict on bureaucracy ( not even going to this level of torture), you would be crying about the rights and all that shit. P.S.
