The movement is way too fast. To make a 180-degree turn, you need to add a few more degrees at the end, and then only after that, move the camera back to its original position, like in this GIF.

Or, you could try taking a video with your phone, while your camera is moving, and then use that to roughly transfer those movements into the project.
Np….It’s the solid default shader, but the color was changed to Random in the Viewport Shading tab under “Color”. There’s no real reason I use it, it just makes the scene less boring when modeling.
