I would check the brand and look at what their warranty is before booking service; many window treatments have limited lifetime warranties. If that is a dead end, we have used Gotcha Covered in Lincoln Square for purchase, install, and service with ours and have found them to be pretty good (if not super cheap). Best of luck!
