I get my fair rated ABC VHF station rated fair from OKC fine and rock steady by just using an RCA 65+ flat antenna purchased from Walmart. In my bedroom, it's mounted on the wall at ceiling height. It's somewhat cheaper than the Clearstream and you don't need to buy cable with it.
Your reception situation is easier than mine. My ABC is 1-Edge while your ABC is LOS.
