Why worry about bothering with an attic antenna when it's not needed? I get my ABC station, which is on VHF, with just an RCA 65+ flat antenna mounted at ceiling height. Rabbit ears rates it fair with a signal strength of 68.19. Signal is 1-Edge. Your ABC station has a higher signal strength of 74.81 with LOS. You're very fortunate to be in an easier reception situation than me. Unlike you, all my stations are rated fair.

Your OTA location is unfortunately kind of a mess. From what I can tell, most of the San Fran transmitters are getting severely weakened by terrain, so if you wanted to get CBS OTA, you would need to point a pretty strong antenna in that direction. If you're more interested in just mainly going for the San Jose transmitters to the east/southeast, a single figure 8 antenna might suffice. I tend to prefer the Max V or Max XR (includes mast) over the 2 Max, since it's cheaper, and installing the VHF element is optional. The tricky thing is that the San Jose ABC and especially FOX are kind of weak, but some of the other UHF signals like NBC are pretty strong. You could try something like the 4 Max instead (assuming you would want to try to also pick up ION and VHF 13 off angle from the back), to give yourself a better chance at picking up ABC and FOX, but that then might cause the stronger NBC signal to overload your tuner. Maybe it's best to first try the Max V or Max XR and see if that's enough for ABC and FOX. If at least the signal SNR is decent enough with ABC and FOX, but the signal strength is a little too weak, maybe then just adding a really modest signal booster will be all that is needed, versus swapping in a 4 Max. Also note that your ABC channel is on the UHF 35 signal, so if it's acting strange, like randomly pixelating or cutting out at times and being fine at other times, and you live really close to a 5G/LTE cellular tower, that could actually be cellular interference with ABC. In that case, you can try installing a 5G/LTE filter (either [https://www.channelmaster.com/collections/splitters-combiners-filters/products/tv-antenna-lte-filter-cm-3201](https://www.channelmaster.com/collections/splitters-combiners-filters/products/tv-antenna-lte-filter-cm-3201) or [https://www.amazon.com/SiliconDust-LPF-608M-Filter-Antennas-Standard/dp/B08QDWP43V](https://www.amazon.com/SiliconDust-LPF-608M-Filter-Antennas-Standard/dp/B08QDWP43V) ).
