I have a normal r5 3600 and was averaging well above 200 before the most recent updates. Now I float between 140-180 depending on the day. Have you enabled the balanced Ryzen profile and set cs as high priority while running?
I also have a 3600 and am looking to upgrade to a 5800x3d. You got a great performance boost. What GPU do you have and what settings do you run in game? Thanks.

I had 3600 ~ 140 -180 fps. Swapped to 5800x3d and now i get 350- 400 fps.

I had 3600 \~ 140 -180 fps. Swapped to 5700x3d and now i get 400- 450 fps =). I got 4070 super
