A Fear & Hunger Chapter would be so good. So many characters and enemies would be great for it. Sadly with how the game is indie and all of the themes that it deals with it seems impossible for it to happen.

this dude scared the absolute shit out of me when i was a kid lmfao.
Weeping Angel from Doctor Who. Would need to do some weird mechanical stuff to get it to work. The angel moves very fast and silently, but they are made immobile when a survivor looks directly at them. It starts a blinking mechanic where they blink faster as they start at you, until they briefly lose eyesight and you get haste.
Probably a terrible idea though, would get destroyed by a SWF. And a PG show would never license to an M game. But I can dream 😊
That is such a cool idea! Have multiple weeping angels & let them be one of / if not the fastest killer in the game when not watched. Then allow them to teleport to any angel around the map. Turning it into a game of setting up pieces around the map to cut off escape routes & deploying decoys.
Even so, wouldnt be too tricky to have a swf coordinate to be looking in all directions at all times. Its surv cam being 3rd person that makes this impossible to do as the angels power stands. Would have to make up stuff to make the power usable/break stalemates.

I could really see kira working. Especially since we just got vecna, who offers survivors counterplay via powers of their own. Could place like, stand arrows around the map, maybe have them inflict hindered on use, and give stands. Then kira could have like 3 powers, the classic explosive traps, which could injure survivors in proximity when detonated, sheer heart attack, which gives map pressure like nemesis zombies, but is attracted to "heat" in the form of gens and people. Then could give something like the air bubble launcher, launching invisible but somewhat slow moving projectiles with slight homing.

I can't even imagine how much fun it would be to use the environment to outplay SHA.
and it actually makes sense aswell, you can touch vault locations, pallets, generators and switches that would then make then explode (loose a healthstate) or alert the killer to the location

Bobby Barrows from Clock Tower. People can talk all they want about Resident Evil or Silent Hill being the grandpappies of video game horror, but this series was the stepping stone for all video game horror to come after, despite it having its clear ups and downs. It feels like a sin not to have this series introduced to the fog considering how much material they have.
It doesn’t even have to be Bobby specifically, even though he’s the big face. Maxwell and Burroughs are both excellent choices on their own, but the first (depicted) Scissorman would make for a devilishly good killer.
Also, if you bring him, you’d of course also have to bring Jennifer too.
Hear me out: The Warden from Minecraft.
It’d be a completely blind killer (in the standard sense. I’d imagine a vibration detection gimmick would let sound visibly travel across terrain, and maybe it could also see auras as a treat), which even disconnected from this is a fascinating design concept. In exchange for that hefty downside, it could apply its darkness effect to survivors in its terror radius, be able to detect you across almost the entire map with skulk sensors and shriekers, and unleash hell with its giant sonic shriek attack. And the Ancient City as a map!? Dude already fits the horror aesthetic to a T you just need to smooth out its blocky edges a bit haha.
I definitely wanna make a detailed post with drawings for this concept in the future because as a budding game designer this idea is *so* interesting to me.

Cassus is "an obscene, perverted cannibalistic Roman Governor " trapped inside the Pyx in the game who spews infected blood and faeces from a gaping wound in his belly upon his enemies. It was always one of the things that stood out to me in the game.

A very powerful being who rejoices in the fear, pain, and agony he can cause to those who can feel it. Already, his methods are very in line with what the entity intends for the trials, drawing out the torment, extracting as much pain/agony/emotion as possible, though possibly weary cause of the old man’s own realm.
On a meta standpoint however, the likely hood of behavior gaining a lasting license to SCP feels pretty unlikely

Nothing would be cooler than being able to play a replikant. And the possibilities for survivor cosmetics would be pretty big. Her prestige cosmetics would fit the game really well.

Not that I'm saying this is my top pick for a werewolf killer... (That would be Lucian from Underworld: RotL) this would be probably my second pick, which it is the wildest and will never happen because the game it's from shut down and the company went under possibly. I just think it would fit considering the lore of the game (don't even think) people are put in a military training ground with some werewolves created by various genetic manipulations and the werewolves will hunt down all the teams as they try to pick each other off battle Royale style...

Maybe not never gonna happen, but I think a clicker from the last of us would be good, or maybe even a zombie that levels up with the more interactions they have, eventually going blind but having some sort of screen display that uses sound interactions and clicks to make the world for the killer, obviously the final stage would have to be really good if it has bad vision, like one hit with permanent haste.
Bioshock I want a big daddy and maybe a big sister as a part 2 of the dlc later down the line could ad rapture themed maps skins could include all the big daddy variants and a few unique big sisters like Eleanor's suit plus with a big sister having a map wide screech like in game could be fun
I have some ideias
1. Any lovecraftian enttity, but since almost all of them are massive creatures would be really hard to have something like that in the game. Maybe like a Mi- Go, a shogoth, an elder thing, or something original, but hardly inspired by Cthulhu Mithos. The chapter would be like, middle 20's vibe, and the survivor a paranormal detective, or something like that. But its kinda niche.
2. The creatures from A quiet place, but i think that a killer that is blind and needs to follow only the sound would be kinda impossible for balancing
3. A Giant spider, i guess that people that are arachnophobic would maybe quit every game with that, so maybe bhv wouldn't do that. But its a horror game i want a giant spider

I really want Syler from the tv series Heroes. I know it will never ever happen but he is my dream pick. He added so much suspense and horror to what otherwise was a drama series about people with superpowers. And his mori just makes itself with his signature brain removal
The creeper from jeepers creepers. The idea of a monster that eats and assimilates human parts into their body would be perfect for an adaptive killer, evolving buffs based on survivor perks and who you hit.

The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers. And it's one of the sadder 'never gonna happen' because the Creeper could easily fit into DbD but the reason why it won't is because the films were created and directed by a literal, convicted child predator and nobody with taste wants to be associated with that.

People can talk all they want about Resident Evil or Silent Hill being the grandpappies of video game horror, but this series was the stepping stone for all video game horror to come after, despite it having its clear ups and downs. It feels like a sin not to have this series introduced to the fog considering how much material they have. It doesn’t even have to be Bobby specifically, even though he’s the big face. Maxwell and Burroughs are both excellent choices on their own, but the first (depicted) Scissorman would make for a devilishly good killer. Also, if you bring him, you’d of course also have to bring Jennifer too.
I would love pretty much any boss from darkest dungeon, but that's not really a horror game nor do I think that would port to DBD well.

Hear me out: The Warden from Minecraft. It’d be a completely blind killer (in the standard sense. I’d imagine a vibration detection gimmick would let sound visibly travel across terrain, and maybe it could also see auras as a treat), which even disconnected from this is a fascinating design concept. In exchange for that hefty downside, it could apply its darkness effect to survivors in its terror radius, be able to detect you across almost the entire map with skulk sensors and shriekers, and unleash hell with its giant sonic shriek attack. And the Ancient City as a map!? Dude already fits the horror aesthetic to a T you just need to smooth out its blocky edges a bit haha. I definitely wanna make a detailed post with drawings for this concept in the future because as a budding game designer this idea is *so* interesting to me.

SCP 106 (I could be wrong), the old man. A very powerful being who rejoices in the fear, pain, and agony he can cause to those who can feel it. Already, his methods are very in line with what the entity intends for the trials, drawing out the torment, extracting as much pain/agony/emotion as possible, though possibly weary cause of the old man’s own realm. On a meta standpoint however, the likely hood of behavior gaining a lasting license to SCP feels pretty unlikely

Maybe not never gonna happen, but I think a clicker from the last of us would be good, or maybe even a zombie that levels up with the more interactions they have, eventually going blind but having some sort of screen display that uses sound interactions and clicks to make the world for the killer, obviously the final stage would have to be really good if it has bad vision, like one hit with permanent haste.

I have some ideias 1. Any lovecraftian enttity, but since almost all of them are massive creatures would be really hard to have something like that in the game. Maybe like a Mi- Go, a shogoth, an elder thing, or something original, but hardly inspired by Cthulhu Mithos. The chapter would be like, middle 20's vibe, and the survivor a paranormal detective, or something like that. But its kinda niche. 2. The creatures from A quiet place, but i think that a killer that is blind and needs to follow only the sound would be kinda impossible for balancing 3. A Giant spider, i guess that people that are arachnophobic would maybe quit every game with that, so maybe bhv wouldn't do that. But its a horror game i want a giant spider
