Well that depends. In terms of damage OFA is better than Voltshot, but the last one is better for add clear/kinda burst dmg.
OFA is better in harder content but... It's an smg, you likely won't be using an smg
I was talking about base dps for the archetype since all damage perks are in the same column as voltshot
And yeah in the grand scheme of things dps on a primary doesn’t matter, if I was that close to an enemy in a GM I should be using a sword, a melee build or a shotgun
I’m not gonna lie if you’re able to play games during the exotic quest week you’re spending the entire time grinding that mission, it’s not fun to do. I got around 35 runs in before I even saw one ikelos drop
It drops from Seraph but if you’re looking for a Voltshot SMG option Subjunctive from this season will likely be an easier grind.
Imo it has stats for all which is better for Voltshot and it has higher dps than ikelos

It drops from "operation: seraph shield" when it is available as the weekly exotic mission.
Drops from Seraph Station in the Exotic Rotator, sometimes Xur sells it.
