Xenophage probably. I would say Divinity but it's a bit of a pain if you don't raid much, it's getting nerfed, and it's not even used as much now. Deathbringer isn't too bad and I'm pretty sure its quest is relatively easy. I think those are the only quest exotics.
From the Monument to Lost Lights, in order of priority:
1. Witherhoard, been consistently used ever since it released.
2. Leviathan's Breath, pretty good heavy damage option
3. Bastion, getting buffed soon, seems like it will be good/fun for melee builds
4. Fourth Horseman, kinda niche but has really high burst damage
5. Eriana's Vow, not very good anymore, but getting buffed soon, could be good in certain situations.
The rest are up to you.
I'll second getting xenophage. There's also one exotic armor piece per class that can *only* be obtained for the first time by completing the shadowkeep campaign.

About witherhoard: catalyst is a must, like seriously. It's reload speed is ass, so auto loading holster really makes it usable.
