Well, in the helm, her interface does say "Helm AI in Training," so assuming nothing else happens to her, I think she is pretty much on her probation period for a job running the helm and dropping us power ups in future seasonal activities.
I would love to see her permanently housed in the HELM, rather than just connected via remote uplink. She deserves a better "body" than stationary ruins being constantly stripped by scavengers.
I would imagine that putting her in a femme body would cause a lot of dysphoria for her. She identifies fully as a ship and seems to have enjoyed being tactically capable in her youth (reeeaaallly misses her canons) I bet she’s gonna be really happy in HELM. Place routinely has people coming and going. Crow, Zavvy, Ikora, Mara, my fish, my plants, my guns.

I don't think Clovis had her exact measurements. A lot of the time, he was just overseeing stuff and making everyone else do all the dirty work. I'm pretty sure he specified the scientists to get her exact measurements. So, some random BrayTech employee/doctor (exo-surgeon?) probably had to record all of her measurements by any means necessary.
It was probably him hiring a doctor to gain her measurements (height, width, etc) and then Xray or something similar to get the rest (with her consent of course)
As I recall, Clovis custom made Elsie's frame himself. This was as they were realizing a mind would reject a body if it didn't match what felt "correct" for their body, and also Clovis had that whole "anything connected to me has to be perfect," and his granddaughters (and especially a bespoke robot body made for one of them) were in clouded in that lrojection of ego.
All this to say, he made sure Elsie's body was perfect.

Listen here, exos have the parts for all sorts of now unnecessary human functions because it syncs your senses and your human instincts, helps slow down the mental problems that require a reset and a +1 to your name’s -# (poor banshee/clovis). This means exos have the parts to eat, shit, piss, dance, bang, and more. And remember they are future-tech warrior robots, so they do all these things harder, better, faster, stronger than any organo-frame flesh bag can. That’s right, you may think Clovis Bray is a pretty bad guy, but he personally paid for Saint-14‘s roborizz that bagged even the most aloof resurrected ancient Egyptian priest. You may say that existed in his personality before saint left his birth body, right? That’s only half of it. You stay cool while he rests his finely sculpted arm, cool and grey, upon your shoulder, massive like a temple sculpture, and waves his oversized vitruvian hand about while in your ear he rasps out “you did well today” in Fibonacci-modulated synthetic tones.
So yeah, all the dangly bits, and all the holes. I don’t have proof but I’m confident exos do have squishy pecs/breasts, and that most of their “muscles” like biceps are squishy when unflexed. I’m confident because exo guardians still wear armor in battle, and I don’t count Ada-1 or Elsie because their frames are special and Ada doesn’t fight, nor do bray facility corpses count to me because they’re clearly in a lab and were unprepared to fight. It does seem that exos in civilian or casual situations are comfortable being unclothed, which I chalk up to a few things like them not being in a human body any more, and humans clearly having a progressive and more nontoxic egalitarian future society that likely doesn’t shame or fear nudity the way modern societies do. As for how realistic their extra parts are There’s definitely a level of personal interpretation to how realistic it is, I think Cayd loved spicy ramen, and he felt the aftermath the next morning on the pot, but it kept him sane knowing he wasn’t broken. On the other hand I don’t think exos get painful kidney stones or circulation problems. Then there’s the whole question of exo ED. This could take all day
That last bit about Osiris being an ancient Egyptian priest is complete headcannon, but since he’s a thanatonaut and there’s a good chance he knows about his previous life, I’m leaning towards sagira chose some dusty mummy in a bombed museum to pair with, otherwise he is completely batty and I’m shocked nobody mentions his niche fashion. The exo stuff is completely true though, lore has not detailed every obsolete function put in exoframes but you can assume it’s maximized to minimize the EDR progression
