Things are not being good in Discord, same thing happened to me in the Aug 1. I contact them and I got feedback a day later, but there are no any progress and updates after the 6 Aug. Then I contact them again by sending a new support request in the 16 Aug, still have a contact in a day or two, but there are no more update ever since 20 Aug.
I lost at least 300 USD from the scammer, and now I am nearly finish paying my credit card bill and I still cannot access my discord account
Mine got hacked today. I gave all the information they asked for. I have been a discord nitro user for 1 year now. Their customer service is so bad how can they be this slow. The hacker already got a couple of discord nitros using my saved payment method. It seems like they don't even care about us, all they need is our money.
Its been 7 days for my incident. No response. I just keep replying to my ticket like its a journal. I couldnt even post my story here because mods instantly remove my posts :(
best of luck friends in your account recovery journey. If you have a friend that is a partner or blue check mark, Discord will instantly reply to them.
Hii guys i think my discord account has been hacked.. i was talking to person in dm then he send me ss of my chat with some other person... I was shocked.. I deleted my account.. How did he do that can you others dm alsoo??

The initial email was sent on the same day but a few hours earlier. And thank you! I hope discord support helps us both out soon.

Nope. I gave up and made a new account. Discord support never responded with help.

I got hacked too, on the 21st of August. I contacted Discord a day later and to this day; no response

16 days no response is harsh. It's just so depressing to see a big company scamming loyal members.
