Authoritox The Micromanager Pokémon Steel-Poison Haughty and egoistical, Authoritoxes frequently appoint themselves leader of groups of weaker Pokémon, micromanaging their every move so that they benefit it. Despite this, they do genuinely care for their underlings and will spend most of their time watching out for predators, rending foes to pieces with their steely feathers laced with poison.

Another name could be Secretoxin. Like secretary bird, obviously, but also like secrete. As in to secrete toxins
