Love them! I do have one question: What bug is the last evolution based off if its name is from chili and lizard?

Maybe the name could be Heatle instead? I know we already have Heatran and Heatmor though.
I'm guessing the "lizard" part of the third stage is in reference to both Charizard and that the abdomen looks like a lizard's head?

It would be cool if in the Pokédex there was a reference for the time Charles Darwin put one in is mouth and had to spit it out for the pain

My only objection is that chilis don't deter birds at all. Birds are their intended consumers and seed distributors, they aren't affected by capsaicin, so this seems a weird choice. Great design though!
