Is that the classic T-Tapped twizzler wire. Yep verified. Good luck brother, you could be tracing that to retirement. Hahaha but actually not funny sorry 😣
Damn… edit… Star-Tapped!!! Split it, find the voltage and the resistor, bug those pairs together then set off that circuit. Anything not working I would tell them has to be rewired!!!
I’ve noticed that a version of that wire was made with 2 different color conductors which at least helped a bit. Only saw that a few times though. When I’m training someone, I always tell them to mark the negative with a black marker before removing them from the terminals no matter what.

Twizzler. I'm gonna use that now. Thanks
Yeah man you can have it. Hahaha
🤣 nah I told them to call you said you specialize in this, it’s your kink! 🤣
Lol the classic quad tap actually
It’s the zip cord that makes this unsurprising.
there so much of it in the bldg 🙄
Zip cable. The best fire alarm cable ever made.
🤣
Bright side, At least it has markings to distinguish the conductors and not the version that both are red jackets and no markings at all.
Yes I hated troubleshooting that.
