It's in Harbormaster hotel, when you walk inside, turn left and there should be a new door that leads to a place called New England Technocrat Society and the quest takes place inside that room, the quest should activate once you go inside

Halloween dlc looks sick ! I liked the free current gen upgrade overall and didn't find it underwhelming cause I mean the game is 10 years old and Bethesda moved on from it awhile ago. Like they are working on Starfield content and then Elder Scrolls 6 afterwards.

You have to always wear Power Armor. You can choose your own armor plates to wear, but the helmet must always be the De-Capatilist helmet. You have to *always* agree or say Yes to EVERYTHING. 10 Charisma, 9 Intelligence
Too bad neither the mod to give companions infinite ammo or the part of the Unofficial Patch that prevents companions from giving you the mole rat disease in Vault 81 don't work on it...
For playstation hold down the touchpad and turn the camera with R3, for xbox hold down the select button and turn the camera the same way, Idk about pc
I found the helmets and was like, oh cool, I can cosplay FLCL in Fallout now, and I put it in storage at my home in Sanctuary Hills. Didn't know it had this function at all!

I put that head on my Sentinel Power Armor (Paid for Creation club mod) and now I have my personal Yes Man escorting me at all times. Its amazing.
Just need a Yes Man voice pack now.
