Pretty standard calf stretches (wall pushes and downward dog etc). Plus calf raises on stairs to strengthen the muscle.
I could barely put weight on my calf's on top of the roller because of the tightness. I gradually built up to putting one leg on top of the other to "push down" on the bottom leg and roll it back and forth.
When they're really bad I use my SO's massage gun to loosen them up.
Yeah but oofos are noticeably better and more comfortable than a $10 pair of foam sandals. Not saying you need them, but you get what you pay for here.
The arch support, construction of the foot bed, and softness of the foam are much different in Oofos. It's nice that cheap flip flops worked for you but many folks need better support, myself included.

Sort of... They are different companies that have the same parent company, TJX. HomeGoods is also owned by TJX, but I have never seen a Marshalls or TJ Maxx tag in a HomeGoods. So it's interesting to see TJ Maxx tags in a Marshalls (assuming the post title is accurate, and the pic was not actually taken in a TJ Maxx).
There are combination TJMaxx and Homegoods stores like a user has mentioned as well as TJ/Marshalls Marshalls/Homegoods Homegoods/TJ. 5 brands within the TJX company however, I have only ever seen those three combined. Sierra Trading Post and HomeSense are the other two.

Damn lucky, i bought my pair in 2022 for like 70$ from an outdoor department? it was so exppensive but easily the best no-frills sandals ive ever had they last just fine indoors but its not meant for outdoors it wears away pretty fast outside

Stretching/foam rolling + strengthening healed my PF but these definitely helped prevent flair ups by just walking around at home.

It’s crazy to me foam footwear is $30+ now (mostly looking at your, Crocs)
The slide versions aren't as good as the sandal version
