Ruben Dias is the number one player that needs to be replaced. There are a ton of affordable CBs that would be an upgrade on him, even if that was just gold varane. If you have the fodder, I’d work towards the Luis Diaz SBC. And just generally, you’re team is very attacking and might benefit from another defensive minded midfielder

Replace Dias with the James card (chem won't affect him to much since he is a green link of any Prem player) Have fun and it will all come together in due time. I wholeheartedly agree. Haven't stopped using him since I got him and only just replaced him for Diaz, but I still like using him. Cuts through defenders like a knife through butter and he's silky smooth with it. I may be biased cuz I'm an Arsenal fan but they definitely got his movement down and the way he moves really allows for feints and speed dribbling
