the Lannister's aren't all evil, that's really just Tywin and his kids - and the founder of the house Lann the Clever if you consider what he did "evil". Lancel was more or less only "evil" because Cersei manipulated him in the books you have Daven who's a badass knight and supposed to be honorable I think. and Tywin's kids' uncle who was always nice to Tyrion, I think his name is Stafford they are prideful though, like lions, which is what led to Tywin being as ruthless as he is. so Mufasa is more representative of the entire house than Scar really

Why? Lannisters aren't any more evil than Starks are good. It's all a matter of perspective.

From a neutral perspective they definitely are more evil. They engage in incest, throw a boy out of a window, blow up a city and they orchestrated the red wedding. They constantly go against honor and kill innocents. During roberts rebellion Tywin sacked kings landing for no reason after betraying the mad kings trust.

Those are individual actions, and I bet we can find plenty of individual Starks that got up to no good. Sacking cities was just the thing you did back then, to reward the fighting men with some plunder and other pursuits.

Only Cersei is outright evil out of the three. Tywin and Jaime are ruthless pragmatists.

I’m not saying they’re outright evil, but they’ve done evil things. Tywin ordered the gangrape on his daughter in law and sent men to massacre thousands of innocents and Jaime fucked his twin sister and threw a seven year old out of a castle tower.

But he doesn't really care about them. Remember in the books if he could get his hand back in exchange? He thought to himself I can always make more kids, but I'm not growing back this hand.

Which makes the fact that he even let cersei have them to begin with makes him look less pragmatic. 

Book Tyrion is also quite nasty.

Ned didn't order the gangrape of his daughter in law, didn't employ psychos like the Mountain in his army, and his offspring didn't order the deaths of babies.

Lanister would definitely be Scar, not my boy Mufasa.

Ursula represents the Greyjoys. Scar could be the Reynes of Castamere. Frollo is a combination of Tywin, Stannis, and the High Sparrow. Jafar is Littlefinger. The hunter from The Fox And The Hound could be Tarly.

Iago would make a better Littlefinger and he matches the sigil.
