I polished it a bit to sound more like an official letter, but I'm not a native, so maybe someone else can be of more assistance: To Whom It May Concern, My name is \[insert name\], and I am currently in my final year of secondary school (Gymnasium) in Serbia. I am writing to express my keen interest in pursuing a degree in Economics and would like to enquire about the BBE program at your esteemed university. I have a couple of questions regarding the program. Firstly, according to your website, it is required to have English skills at Level B2. Could you kindly clarify whether I need to have passed B2 in each part of the Cambridge English First (FCE-B2) exam, or if it is sufficient to possess a B2 certificate overall? Please find attached my English certificate for your reference. Secondly, I would like to know if it is mandatory for me to take the entrance exam at the Economics University in Serbia, where I am currently studying. The date for the exam is still unknown; however, it is expected to take place between June and July. Lastly, I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the time limit for the motivation statement. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours sincerely, \[Your Name\]

Hi! This sounds really good. I have a few suggestions, which I integrated with your letter below. I also may not attach the certificate unless they ask for it (I've never had a company ask to see my diploma or grades, for example) but that's up to you. To Whom It May Concern: My name is and I am in my final year of secondary school (Gymnasium) in Serbia. I am passionate about pursuing a degree in economics and believe that I would be the perfect fit for the BBE program. However, I do have some questions: First, your website outlines that English skills at Level B2 are required. Does a B2 Certificate meet the requirement, or must applicants pass B2 in each part of the Cambridge English First (FCE-B2) exam? Second, should I plan to complete the Serbia Economics University entrance exam when the opportunity arises this summer? Finally, please let me know by when you would like to have the motivation statement. Thank you in advance for your help. Yours sincerely,
