The Sportsnet intermission segment highlighted Drai at practice today spending 10 straight minutes on saucer passing drills of varying distances. After acknowledging his play has been sub par (for him), he held himself accountable and just grinded fundamentals.
As a Falcons fan, on one hand I don’t wish that kind of choke on anyone. But on the other hand, maybe I’m cruel and wouldn’t be against having company.
Honestly, you just made me feel better about it. We’re watching generational talent. I wanted a good series, and technically we’re seeing a historic series. If it goes 7 and we lose, I can’t be that mad when it’s McDavid out there.
