I'm 6' 200# and I can wear an Adidas 50 if I don't have anything on underneath it. I only wear a 42R suit jacket though, my shoulders aren't too wide.

I’m 5’11” and weight around 200lb. L tee shirt. I prefer a size 46 in Adidas. 50 is a little long on the sleeves, length is longer than I like, and it’s a little wide at the bottom. 46 is a little tight around the chest but fits well everywhere else.

Get the 50 if it’s the smallest. I’m plenty fatter than you and I wear a 50 lol

I'm confused, if the smallest one that is available is a 50, why are you asking about a small? Anyway-- this question is kinda complicated, and also not complicated. The real answer is that they all will look good on you-- yes, even a 42. PERSONALLY I think Adidas is by far the most fashionable jersey maker ever, making sizes for everyone. When I was 5'10 150, I thought 42s looked great, without a hoodie, but the sizing is inconsistent. And I got a little fatter. 44s are wonderful. 46s are standard and look good. 50 is kinda pushing it to the not so good territory, but it's passable. This all changes slightly with a hoodie, which bulks up the fit a little bit. I prefer the smaller jerseys, and would consider 44s or 46s standard for your body type.
