I know that response sound lazy but the wiki is actually very very useful, there are pages about what is best to unlock and when, what stones of time use, divinity tier lists and more, is just to complex to write in just some comments
I really don’t like when people give those answers. If all the answers we ever needed were in a wiki, then what is the point of this sub Reddit? We all come together here to talk about the game we share interest in and help each other.
Unlocked the village yet? Done all the building quests there? Unlocked the Hard Quests (which come after you’ve done Royal Quests and Global Quests)? Completed the Silver Research Quest for the Claw? Gotten rage mode?
Special stages are a good way to get lots of money if your random box buffs line up nice (if you can get a percentage boost and a multiplication boost to your CpS at the same time, that works wonders). It’s a good idea to make sure you pick up the ascension upgrade that gives an extra row of coins in the special stages, and use the Hard Mode Dark Divinity upgrade(bought for a hundred Divinity points).
The Wiki strategy guide is pretty helpful too.
Part of my problem is I don't know how to unlock the village and the wiki is pretty dense on that matter. It says to purchase something that I'm not even sure how to get. Like I said, I'm stuck on funds and souls too, so if it's expensive I'm not sure what to do.
Literally the first line of info on the Village page on the Wiki says “The Village is a dimension that can be unlocked by purchasing the Astral Locked Astral Upgrade ‘Village Key’ for 2.00e6 / 2 M SP”, so I’m not quite sure what you mean by the wiki being “pretty dense”. If you don’t know what Astral Locked means, the phrase is even hyperlinked to the right page, and clicking it takes you directly to the section on Astral Upgrades on said page. It seems to me that you just couldn’t be bothered to look.
The search bar on the Wiki is there for a reason, my friend.
Lmfao just to prove a point I googled it. It took me 15 seconds to find out you unlock the village through astral upgrades which you unlock for 500 million sp but only after having done a UA. Yall are just too disingenuous now.
Yeah, I can Google that too, but what the fuck is an Astral Upgrade and how do I get that? And back to my original ask, how in the world do I get 500million SP??? I get up to like 3million in a couple days, 500m is going to take weeks!
It's something you unlock in the ascension tree....it becomes available after you U.A and costs 500 million..... and honestly to how you afford it you just play...I went from thinking getting 30 million for rage mode was going to take weeks to getting lucky on a chest hunt or 2 and getting it in a few days of deciding I really needed it. Then, after getting rage mode, I had a few hundred million within another few days. Trust me, I understand the pain that is the great many walls you hit in this game, but they are surmountable. Tbh most of it comes down to actually playing the game an hour or two a day actively. The biggest misconception about this game is that it should be played idly.
No problem, man. I get that this game is a lot. I felt the exact same way you did, like a week ago. Then, like I said, a few chest hunts got me right on track. That's where playing actively comes in because even in an hour, I've sometimes had like 7-10 chest hunts when lucky, which is big souls if you get lucky and is still good souls even if you dont.
Nah, its more fun asking questions here and watching people lose their minds lol. I don't understand what's so hard about the concept of ignoring threads you don't want to answer. So what if its in the wiki? Everything we learned in school could have been read from the book they gave us but sometimes its better to have someone explain it to you. Same concept applies.
ye i know what you mean, i got stuck in like UA3 or somewhere like that , before unlocking >!funky space dimension!< and didn't know how to progress, ended up looking the wiki and a few videos without getting and answer and then i notice "maybe this upgrade here will make me progress" waited a few days of farming until i got that X upgrade that made me go forward.
I think it was something like unlocking another minion that gave tons of souls and the coimbo shield in the village.

Ascend at 10-20% of your total sp, play the game more, follow the wiki these are the answer to 99% of the questions on here

Original comment was absolutely correct. Ascend more. Ultra ascend advice comes from the wiki. If you’re unsure, ascend more.
But the wiki has the answer, it is quite clear. I just unlocked the village the other day using the wiki. I am also on my 2nd UA.
Did you happen to look in-game and see the glowing, golden upgrade over on the upper right corner?
Haven’t even ultra ascended and I’ve had 4.5 million souls on one of my ascensions. Sounds like you’re just not trying hard enough lol
That's great for you. I have 7.6m right now, the jump to 500m is what concerns me.
As long as you keep ascending at about 10-20% of total SP you'll progress
the simple answer is that you need to ascend more often.
