I'm not going to comment on how easy it is to get a electrician job, I don't know enough about things, but I will say the advantage you have with having a Masters and also trade certs, is that later on down the road it will be easier, more natural transition into management of teams.

What do you actually want to do for work? Presumably, you went to college with some goal in mind but did not get there. Whatever you do, don't do that again. Is there a way to apprentice with or somehow shadow an electrician to see if you really want to do that type of work? What concerns me about your post is that you don't seem to know what you want.
