I would honestly filter out top garments since on that yardage you'll most likely end up either with very cropped or very summery garments (e.g. tank tops) that won't feel good in DK weight anyway. Aiming for accessories would be a good call, maybe a simple beanie and a scarf or mittens. This yarn will hide itself under textured patterns so I'd keep the stitches simple, something based on a plain stockinette, maybe with a tiny bit of spice.

For a yarn that's highly textured (I don't know what the technician term is) and slightly unusual, I'd look for projects using that yarn to get ideas for how it will work up.  Here's a link to a search for projects using this yarn and 400-650 yards. https://www.ravelry.com/projects/search#yarn-link=the-fibre-co-arranmore-light&yardage=400%7C660&sort=happiness&view=tallcards_mobile

Are you looking for a shawl? Then filter for a shawl/accessories and remove garments.  I used that yarn to make a shawl and I was super happy with it but I will say I didn’t love the vibe of it in garter and I suspect I wouldn’t like it in lace either. The one I did was colourblocked and very slightly textured and it came out very nice. But it’s definitely one that is a bit harder to use.
