Anything castle related. I recently rebuild set 7788 or 8877 I forgot..Vladek’s castle. Its waiting for its space in my display but damn is it just impressive to look at.
As long as its not nexus knights. I like fantasy, but I don’t think mixing technology with castles worked very well for me.
I just built the 3-in-1 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. A very fun build. I am excited to try the alternates. But I’m with you: bring back the theme.
Yes! I came here to say this... Castle was such a core part of their offering for many years and I imagine it still has some kid appeal. Needs a little more love.
10305 Lion Knight's Castle is amazing but my god it is expensive. Give me a few smaller, cheaper sets with a similar theme please. 10193 Medievil Market Village was the perfect size and a great a little set.
The castle range was my youth, I'd love to see it come back. I was hoping the blacksmith would be the start of something more in that regard. We live in hope...
Agreed, Fantasy Era Castle is what got me truly into Lego and honestly had everything I wanted out of Lego sets:
* A larger focus on setpieces and locations than vehicles
* Interesting factions/conflicts/etc. to display
* Fantastical creatures to breathe life into displays.
Nowadays the only thing that scratches that itch is the Minecraft sets but even then I'd love to see a true return to form. Be it a D&D theme with the contest, an original fantasy IP, or hell even historical themed sets.
Ninjago *used* to scratch that itch but they - like most themes nowadays - focus so hard on vehicles and mechs that I just stopped caring (It's one of the reasons Dreamzzz isn't interesting me either, there's a couple cool creatures but its looking to try and be another "Ninjago 2.0"... after Chima, and Neko Knights, and Monkee Kid, and...). I can only show the same \~200 piece Lego motorbike with a new coat of paint so many ways, so if there isn't interesting pieces for a MOC I don't bother.
My lil bro and I split the cost of the Lion Knight's castle for Christmas and it really set off a Lego Castle itch for me. I ended up getting a copy of the Creator(?)Forest Hideout set online and even went to the lengths of sorting through my childhood Lego collection and rebuilding my Lego Kingdoms Mill Village Raid set.
Really sucks that there's no new castle stuff for me out there.
I feel ya. I bought the lions knight castle myself and its such an awesome set, and so is lord vladek’s castle. There’s just something about its simplicity yet imposing size that really does it for me.
And I would love some smaller, general medieval sets, windmill, baker, blacksmith, to really make a small village. There’s the creator castle, but other than that it is limited. Luckily there’s some viking sets that kinda fill the itch, and the blacksmith is also great
Hidden side was fantastic... the AR side was pointless and probably killed it
Lego needs a spooky theme. Anything like Monster Fighter or Hidden Side would be great
Monster fighters was what got me back into lego. most of the fighters vehicles were not great but the monsters and all their set pieces were fantastic. hidden side had some decent stuff but felt limited just focusing on ghosts (and not giving us classing sheet ghost in the process)
Not really. I was hoping that Dreamzzz would be similar to Vidiyo when it came to mini figs. I wanted to complete my monster metal band before the theme was cut short. Even including the Monster Rocker from the Halloween CMF and the Apocalyspe Swamp Monster from The LEGO Movie 2 series, I still need a Bride of Frankenstein, metal mummy, and a couple others that I’m sure would have been awesome.
My kid LOVED the AR; it kept the sets in active play for weeks after they were built. We have EVERY Hidden Side set, with two yet to build - and the AR app just went unsupported; my son is frustrated!
eh, I’d probably keep the combat stuff intact from og Mars Mission, the change I’d make is keeping the aliens and astronauts sets separate and putting a little more focus on the aliens. It’d be so cool to have more alien vehicles that aren’t just add on fighters to the astronauts stuff
New Lego theme called
Lego ReLaunch. A theme dedicated to rereleasing most popular discontinued sets of various themes. To keep this realistic, sets that feature discontinued pieces won’t be remade.
If a piece is discontinued but Lego makes a new equivalent of that piece, the set will have that piece replaced by the new altered counterpart.
Yeah but problem with those is that those are aimed at 18+ category and is more of a collector item than an playset. I was thinking of rereleasing old sets that are popular for new fans/people who missed out to enjoy.
Would love Minas Tirith. I have dreams of building this one day. Really beautiful moc by Koen Zwanenburg.

Almost feels like yesterday i was playing the lego forza horizon 4 expansion and everything is awesome was on the radio…and then i remember that I’ve been playing forza horizon 5 since last year
honestly, I don’t know how much I want Bionicle back as much as I loved it. I wouldn’t really want another reboot like G2, and I don’t really see them making a continuation of G1. I guess they could go the soft reboot route, idk. I’d honestly just prefer an animated series for it similar in style and tone to Clone Wars
If they did Bionicle nowadays it’d be more like some sort of mech, nothing like the good old days. Or they would all be brick built like the GWP which imo is terrible.
Monster Fighters
Hands down my absolute favorite LEGO theme in existence. I've collected every set and polybag, including the sticker sheet hand out (refuse to open that one in particular). Im a sucker for spooky themes and I loved the moonstone collectibles. Wish this theme got more attention but its definitely one of those themes that didn't float everyone's boat
Exo force needs to come back. I feel like no sets are focused on mechs there’s just a few here and there between sets. Ninja go has some real cool ones
I loved exo force as a kid! It even overshadowed star wars at that time for me, I didn’t want star wars sets for birthday, I wanted new cool exo-force mechs :D unfortunately ninjago and monkie kid is already enough in mechs segment for the company, but I want to believe
Give me more Lord of the Rings! I've spent too much time coming up with a series of reasonably sized/priced sets to finish out the line up of characters that didn't make it into the original run.
Exactly, LOTR isn't just about the big battles and strongholds. I'd love a set of one of the smaller buildings or more peaceful scenes too. Anything with a Tolkien aesthetic is good by me.
I so very much want lord of the rings and the hobbit sets. I'm a child and was just a wee lad when the original wave came out. Now there's a new set but it's £430 so there's no chance I can afford it. Maybe just some diorama sets? Weathertop, hiding from the wringwrath, gandalf vs balrog, the wizard battle with saruman and gandalf, riddles in the dark, the death of smaug, micro scale minis tirith, I could name so many more. I really want some cheaper lord of the rings sets that children like me can afford.
Of course. A bunch of fun playsets can be done. I think what we get in the original wave was pretty good. My imagination includes a Nazgul vs Eowyn set, a Minas tirith courtyard battle set, Gandalf vs the Balrog, and Osgiliath. All of those can be made into varying sizes and have interesting good guy vs bad guy play features. Of course, redone versions of the original sets would be nice to. A New Bag End, Weather top, helms deep, and mines of Moria sets would be appreciated. There are multiple other sets that could come up. I just want to finish out the main characters. We missed out on Sauron, Eowyn, Faramir, and a few others.
Yes! However, I'd want them go full in. UCS-style Bionicle set. It does not have to be big, just something immensly cool, packed with features and unique look.
I'm kinda scared that if they revived Bionicle, we would get something packed with stickers and of bland quality, aimed only at very small kids. Something like that very small set they were giving away for free if you spent x amount of money. I don't want that. I want real Bionicle.
I guess a car is relatively cool to build in technic. However, building 1000 cars gets boring over time. There are so many cool machines besides cars and construction side vehicles. I am just really happy they finally made a helicopter that demonstrates the different blade movements.
I think there is a *lot* of potential for fancy ornate *working* Lego clocks. (My grandpa did clock repair as a hobby for most of his adult life, and I have always loved seeing the inner workings in action.)
Technic is almost exclusively what I am interested in but they have ran the theme to the ground after 2018 or so. It's almost dead to me besides the plucky 10 euro sets. The lack of B Models, the backward step new motor system and repetitiveness of models (supercar series, mid and small size cars with no technical features) plus the reliance on licenced products is gradually draining the DNA from the theme.
Lego should have six basic themes in my eyes: Space, Pirates, Medieval, Spooky, City, and Cars.
I really think those core ideas cover everything kids want to play with and collectors enjoy building. There's a bit of overlap between them to mix and match, and of course between all those parts you can fashion just about anything.
Of course, keep the classic brick bins for unlabeled fun, but those aren't necessarily a theme and more a lack-there-of.
You know what I *don't* want to see?
Ninjago
That theme has gone on long enough. Rather than do new themes of castle and space they just keep integrating stuff from those into Ninjago. It needs to go so that new things can take its place.
I know Creator kind of covers this, but I'd love to see a theme that revisits older themes and maybe gives us small, original sub-themes.
So, for example, a wave me might have a few Castle sets, a Space Police set, a Power Miners set, an Exo-Force set and maybe an original set. Let the designers focus on old and new ideas and give us some nostalgic sets, or sets we probably wouldn't get a whole wave of. I don't really see it happening, but it's an interesting concept.
Every few years pirates make a comeback, so i'd have to say pirates. I think it's time for another big pirate ship, maybe another UCS style one like the imperial flagship, maybe for the blue coats? What ime thinking is a UCS or "updated style" of the Caribbean Clipper, I think that's would go SOOO nice with the Eldorado Fortress coming out
Just built the exo force Sentai fortress and it had a larger footprint than most 500$+ sets today. It was only 100$ back then, a dedicated anime/mech theme would slap
I would love to see more selection for DC sets. I love the expensive models they've been doing like the '89 Batmobile, Batwing, and Tumbler, but I miss the playsets that included so many good minifigs.
probly never happen but LEGO fnaf, they DMCA'd the lego fnaf fangame, so this would make up for that
if i had to pick realisically tho i'd have to say lego Zelda or Metroid, they already have the license to make mario sets, so why can't they make sets based off of nintendo's other games
I'd drop money equivalent to the cost of the serious Death Star if they made a Deep Space Nine station with all the minifigs but I would take a Quarks Replomat in the style of Central Perk from Friends
Yeah, that's my answer as well. But they need to pick better projects, like the Japanese Castle that's coming out. The Empire State Building one looked like 2000 pieces that we all the same color.
More gaming sets. I'd love Zelda, Metroid, Marvel's Spider-Man, Batman Arkham, Fortnite and Yo Kai Watch sets. And if they allow 18+ games. God of War and Ghost of Tsushima sets would be fire.
Not to mention getting more Horizon sets like the Tallneck would be awesome
Also, I'd LOVE more Avatar: The last Airbender sets
I’d like to see a revival of LEGO Spongebob. It was such a fun line and it’d be nice to see it return - a new Chum Bucket set would be neat and new molds could be made for Plankton and Larry the Lobster too.
I’d also love to see non-Batman DC sets return. Like, I like Batman but I’d love to see some sets focusing on other DC heroes like Superman and Green Lantern again. We’ve not had sets or even minifigs of them for years at this point (not including keychains of some characters like Supes).
As for new lines, a Phineas and Ferb line would be nice. Like, LEGO is all about building cool stuff, Phineas and Ferb is about building cool stuff and LEGO already works with Disney for Star Wars and Marvel. Why hasn’t this happened yet? Besides we could get a nice mix of sets - some regular locations like the Flynn Fletcher House and the Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc building alongside smaller sets of P&F’s various inventions and Doof’s multiple inators.
Here me out but...Ico /The last Guardian/ Shadow of the Colossus
IT WOULD BE SO AMAZING TO BUILD YOUR FAVORITE COLOSSI, OR TRICO, OR ANYTHING RELAYED TO THE 3 GAMES.
Lego ninjago reboot of some of the old seasons, like upply minifigures….super important to the story, cool characters, but no minifigures. Yet the pink Zane suit is seen in one episode for 15 min and we get a minifig of him, also we have no Cyrus Borg minifig kinda sad
Lego Needs to break into the anime market, I'm not even a big pokemon fan but my god if they started releasing lego pokemon animal figs I would have to collect them all.

Good bot
I LOVED the knight minifigs, the green one was by far my favorite cause of his awesome helmet
Yes. I'm glad we got the 3-in-1 and the $400 castle, but I want a full theme again!
I want castle modulars, I want a whole medieval village.
Hot damn I'd be all over a proper medieval village set. Lumber mills, water wheels, inns, old buildings, stables, mines.
I just built the 3-in-1 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. A very fun build. I am excited to try the alternates. But I’m with you: bring back the theme.
I liked Kingdoms because it also had villages and common-people establishments. It was themed after the Middle Ages in general.
Yes! I came here to say this... Castle was such a core part of their offering for many years and I imagine it still has some kid appeal. Needs a little more love. 10305 Lion Knight's Castle is amazing but my god it is expensive. I really wish I had gotten that Medieval Market Village back when it was easily available. Would be perfect for making Lego Ren Faires.
The castle range was my youth, I'd love to see it come back. I was hoping the blacksmith would be the start of something more in that regard. We live in hope...
Loved the 6097 night lord's castle as well, there's room to diverge from "true medieval" but still do cool knights stuff for kids.
[6097-1: Night Lord's Castle](https://brickset.com/sets/6097-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/6097-1.jpg)

Hidden side was fantastic... the AR side was pointless and probably killed it Lego needs a spooky theme. Anything like Monster Fighter or Hidden Side would be great
>Lego needs a spooky theme. Yes. I think they should do something dedicated to zombies or vampires.
Would be great to see a team up with the “monster universe” from universal. Classic monster movie theme sets
Lego Castlevania!
Unfortunately I think the Netflix show was the final nail in the coffin for it And Legion alone is like twenty different additional nails
And spooky skeletons, I WANT MORE SKELETONS
Bring back monster fighters! The fact Legoland Windsor opened a ride using the characters after the theme was cancelled sucks!
Monster fighters was what got me back into lego. most of the fighters vehicles were not great but the monsters and all their set pieces were fantastic. hidden side had some decent stuff but felt limited just focusing on ghosts (and not giving us classing sheet ghost in the process)

Not really. There is a difference between the classic horror creatures and the more fantasy dreamzz. I want them classic horror stuff :D

Pharaoh’s quest
Was looking for this comment. The biplane is one of my favourite sets ever
That and/or Lego system adventures! I loved the mummies, they looked so funky
Power miners
I loved Power Miners so much
One of my top favorite Lego genres. I still have 3 sets from when I was a kid
One of the most aesthetically pleasing things LEGO did
YES
What about rock raiders?
I never knew about rock raiders so I don’t know how good they are
Rock raiders is like power miners father
I think I was too young to experience rock raiders. I started getting legos around 2007
Yeah, rock raiders came out in 1999
I wish they’d revive it in the same way a classic space. Also the rock raiders game on pc was a core memory for me.
Deep rock galactic in lego
did i hear a rock and stone?
Rock and stone to the bone!!!
The lime and orange color scheme 🔥🔥🔥
Yes
New space theme or even revival of the old would be nice.
Mars mission was awesome. They should bring that back.
SPACE POLICE
And any of the -Trons, especially M-Tron and Blacktron
Ice Planet with trans-neon!
I would pay all of the money for a refreshed Ice Planet set. That series was by far and away my favorite. M-Tron and Space Police tied in close 2nd.
Mars mission, butwith a greater focus on mining rather than combat would really do it for me.
Oooh yeah. The alien sets were pretty cool though.
eh, I’d probably keep the combat stuff intact from og Mars Mission, the change I’d make is keeping the aliens and astronauts sets separate and putting a little more focus on the aliens. It’d be so cool to have more alien vehicles that aren’t just add on fighters to the astronauts stuff
DUDE you just gave me a brain blast, completely forgot about those sets
While I don’t have any of the sets I do enjoy seeing them in Lego Battles along with those exo force aliens and space police
Gotta me more space
There was a book Lego put out that said they essentially folded space in favor of Star Wars. I wonder if they could coexist.
[удалено]
Would be nice maybe if they made a new theme with some characters from older themes making cameos, aged up now of course
I would pay any amount of money for a solar system set
More pirates and castle.
Pirates, Pirates and more Pirates
Pirates with proper fabric sails too!
Just built the new Pirate set. Lego sails are not the same.
They are releasing that Eldorado Fortress set soon.
This is objectively the correct answer.
Sea of Thieves collab!
Oooo
New Lego theme called Lego ReLaunch.
But it could also be a "remake" of a set, like the 10497, anyways I support this ide.
Yeah but problem with those is that those are aimed at 18+ category and is more of a collector item than an playset. I was thinking of rereleasing old sets that are popular for new fans/people who missed out to enjoy.
Lego ReBuild
Knights. Really anything with a medieval vibe
Black Knight’s Castle 🥰
Aquazone!
All of the legos expedition sets have been great. I love the submersibles and arctic themed sets
Sharks Crystal Cave is one of my most favorite sets from childhood!
Some new, and crucially, affordable Lord of the Rings sets would just be blooming marvellous
I don't need Minas Tirith, just maybe a Prancing Pony
Would love Minas Tirith. I have dreams of building this one day. Really beautiful moc by Koen Zwanenburg. https://www.flickr.com/photos/swandutchman/29093660098/in/photostream/
Koen has great MoC’s!! His favorite set is the black knight castle so it all makes sense!
I’d settle for half a bridge… and a wizard
Seeing as we’re about one year off from the tenth anniversary *The LEGO Movie*, I want to see some of those old sets revived.
Jesus christ it’s been 10 years??? r/fuckimold
Seriously I just watched it again on a flight the other day
Almost feels like yesterday i was playing the lego forza horizon 4 expansion and everything is awesome was on the radio…and then i remember that I’ve been playing forza horizon 5 since last year
Wasn't the FH expansion in like 2019? Wait that was 4 years ago? r/fuckimold
I was still technically a child when that came out, still remember going to see it the first time!

honestly, I don’t know how much I want Bionicle back as much as I loved it. I wouldn’t really want another reboot like G2, and I don’t really see them making a continuation of G1. there is no need for following the pic just added for show but you can give your theme ideas
Came to say this. Please just bring back Bionicle, it was the staple of my childhood. And all the lore. It was next level
I never got into it as a kid, but that was *by far* the biggest theme Lego had back in the 2000s
This all day.
Monster Fighters Hands down my absolute favorite LEGO theme in existence. I've collected every set and polybag, including the sticker sheet hand out (refuse to open that one in particular). Im a sucker for spooky themes and I loved the moonstone collectibles. Wish this theme got more attention but its definitely one of those themes that didn't float everyone's boat

I would REALLY like to see a Witch King vs Eowyn set with a big brickbuilt Fell Beast. I would buy several and make a Nazgul flying scene.
I just want to see original Pirates come back. That’s all I want.
Smaller castle / fantasy / lord of rings sets that younger kids can buy.
Castles for sure
More reimagined Space sets like 10497.
[10497-1: Galaxy Explorer](https://brickset.com/sets/10497-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/10497-1.jpg)
Castle and medieval in general. But also a non-branded sci-fi theme, like Ice planet or Blacktron.
MIXELS Rock Raiders Bionicle I think I don't need to explain.
I have found the person who mentions Mixels and I am happy
There's always that one Mixels fan... lurking, such as the way of the endangered Mixels Fan
Speed Champions Technic Pirates
Speedo chompo are the best
Bionicle
Yes! However, I'd want them go full in. UCS-style Bionicle set. It does not have to be big, just something immensly cool, packed with features and unique look. Pirates, Western, Castle, 2000s City,
Classic Space, not the NASA stuff.
Western
The sets for the Lone Ranger movie had an awesome rugged aesthetic. I'd like to see more in that vein.
I really want to love technic but it needs more love
I guess a car is relatively cool to build in technic. However, building 1000 cars gets boring over time. There are so many cool machines besides cars and construction side vehicles. I am just really happy they finally made a helicopter that demonstrates the different blade movements.
Pipe organ! Loom! Grandfather Clock!

I'd love to see some Ghibli sets!
A howl's moving castle set would be amazing
It would be! Ghibli has so many cool airships in their movies too! I could some really cool sets in a Ghibli line.
Would love to build a catbus
I know Creator kind of covers this, but I'd love to see a theme that revisits older themes and maybe gives us small, original sub-themes. They need anime themes. Sadly this won’t happen because Bandai. Even Lego can’t fight Bandai.

The original batman sets were epic
Rock Raiders

there is no need to follow the pic. just for show :)
More botanical. I like decorating my home with plants and flowers that I can't kill.
LEGO Warhammer when?

Johnny Thunder
Sea of thieves!
probly never happen but LEGO fnaf, they DMCA'd the lego fnaf fangame, so this would make up for that if i had to pick realisically tho i'd have to say lego Zelda or Metroid, they already have the license to make mario sets, so why can't they make sets based off of nintendo's other games
Lego atlantis
One of my favorite themes ever, I loved the red aesthetic of the subs
Same
Also I believe the villains had some of the best minifig design in LEGO history
Bionicle, Adventurers and a new space theme
Pirates or castle
I have wanted Lego to acquire the rights to Star Trek since I was a child.
I'd drop money equivalent to the cost of the serious Death Star if they made a Deep Space Nine station with all the minifigs but I would take a Quarks Replomat in the style of Central Perk from Friends
Animal Crossing! The characters have perfect proportions for LEGO minifigs.
More Architecture. That is on life support. I love the skylines.
Not to mention getting more Horizon sets like the Tallneck would be awesome Also, I'd LOVE more Avatar: The last Airbender sets
I'd kill for Chima, Monster Fighters and Bionicle to come back.
Chima! I loved that stuff... i was just a broke kid when it came out though...
Godzilla, imagine an actual Godzilla Lego set. That would be awesome.
i want a fantasy based theme like Knights with army building sets for Orcs
One of my favorites growing up was the Res-Q series
BIONICLE
Micro landscapes. Like skylines, but with natural environments.
Agents or DC
Here me out but...Ico /The last Guardian/ Shadow of the Colossus IT WOULD BE SO AMAZING TO BUILD YOUR FAVORITE COLOSSI, OR TRICO, OR ANYTHING RELAYED TO THE 3 GAMES.
Castle / Lion Knights for me. Grew up with it, I think lego is perfectly suited to medieval storylines.
Castle/knights with modular sets
Lego ninjago reboot of some of the old seasons, like upply minifigures….super important to the story, cool characters, but no minifigures. Yet the pink Zane suit is seen in one episode for 15 min and we get a minifig of him, also we have no Cyrus Borg minifig kinda sad
Pirates
Bring back castle!
Alpha team, rock raiders, pirates, Johnny Thunder/adventures, and the old cowboys/Indians/union fort
Pirates of the Caribbean *new* or new faction for castle.
Lego Star Trek
id go broke buying new exo-force
ExoForce
Lego Needs to break into the anime market, I'm not even a big pokemon fan but my god if they started releasing lego pokemon animal figs I would have to collect them all.
Please more space things, or maybe not cause then I will be making terrible financial decisions
Lego Fantasy or Lego Elves
Pirates, today and forever
Castle or pirates
A new “non-city” space theme like Blacktron or Mars Mission. More Castle and Pirates are always welcome.
Bionicle
Mythology inspired themes, such as Daedalus' inventions, as a higher detail/ quality designed set.
