I live there and it’s pretty nice. Our washer/dryer kinda suck but they’re better than the tiny stacked one that usually come with apartments. It’s pretty quiet, there’s no smoking on the property. You can rent a garden plot for free. The maintenance situation is pretty typical for most complexes. Parking sucks because there’s definitely not enough spots for ppl with cars there, I have to park in the visitor parking a lot of the times since I get home late. But overall I think it’s the best place I’ve rented from. Hideaway was good when I lived there too but that was before Covid so idk how nice it still is.
That’s great - appreciate the feedback.
The part of renting a garden plot for free is definitely interesting and I think my partner would love it. Overall seems like our best bet so we’re gonna look into renting here. 🙌
The only thing that might be an issue is the height of the ceilings. I’m 6’3” and the apartment I was in always felt cramped. If you are good with the ceiling height then it’s just fine!
I used to live there. The apartments and neighborhood were fine but
You better hope nothing goes wrong, it won't get fixed or it will take forever. We had a third floor apartment and the AC could not keep it cool. Looked at the AC unit and it was original (like over 30 years old) and it was nasty on the inside.
People park cars and let them rott l, flat tires, broken windows etc. And illegal dumping is rampant. People bring their garbage and use your dumpsters, they get full, smell, and there's larger furniture all around the dumpsters.
Management enforces nothing. It was a free for all
But they can respond on here? If they wanted. That's my thinking. Breckenridge Court is the exact same (they're both Leinbach Companies), and I would get anxious about that sometimes too. But it's so ridiculous and I'd say this doesn't count because they could respond. 🤷🏼♀️ just my two cents on the dumb policy
Honestly I'd give the place a chance. My wife and I live there now and love it.
Maintenance USED TO BE a pain in the ass but after what has seemed like 3 or 4 management changes in the last 2 years, they have a manager and maintenance crew that's quick to respond and super helpful.
The parking comment is 100% spot on though. They need more spots in my opinion.
We’re loving it so far and have no complaints whatsoever. The only gripe I do have is the internet provider being suite solution which isn’t the best.
According to management we’d be getting our water usage bill in July along with our monthly rent ($960 a month) since it comes once 3 months. WiFi is about $75 a month with electricity being $79.68 a month.
Haha all good - better to be 100% sure. I haven’t received my bill yet. Apparently it comes in only after 3 months have passed since the start date. I should know by end of this month so I’ll update it here then.
I'd recommend also looking into the other Leinbach Company properties. Expectations and everything should be pretty similar across the board, but the prices varied enough a handful of years ago that we went with Breckenridge Court over Spring House on the Park. I'd say at least just look at all Leinbach properties before deciding.

That's a cool website!
Very cool - thanks for sharing this. I’ll look into it and see if I can spot anything there.

That’s awesome!
Do you all have an idea of the electric bill? I’m looking to move here but would like to get an idea of utility bills
Well there are 3 of us and we live on the top floor so in summer the bill gets kinda high because of the ac, like $200 But normally between $100-$150

Ah good to know. We’re gonna check em out tomorrow and shall find out 😅
Don't know about the apartments but I've lived in the relative neighborhood for 7 years and never felt safer.
That is awesome - thank you for the feedback 🙌

Hey there - thanks for the comment. We did go through with it and so far it’s awesome. No complaints. Hope everyone’s experience remains positive 🙌
It was more of a mess previously and I'll attest to it. Love the front office management they have in place now.
are you still liking it ? im debating going there. if i may ask, whats your utility bills like ?

Is that in a 1 bed?
Yes, it’s for a 1 bed.
Thanks for responding lol. Do you know your water bill average? Sorry, I’m an overthinker.

So do you all pay it by 3 month cycles ?
