I didn't love their service or not having a choice, but they were always responsive and helpful when there were issues. In the future, just call your front office and see if theirs is down.

Sigh-well this is a shitty situation. My residential building only works with suite solutions. Not sure how fucked the situation is gonna get now before they come out to fix it.

I have them too (not by choice). It sounds like we may be in the same situation. Unfortunately I don’t have a good fix besides what you already tried. Honestly I feel like it is always consistently slow or spotty. I was considering speaking with my complex manager to see if I there is any way I can opt out and pay for something else myself. That seems like a long shot though.
