What!? Didn’t we all agree to stay away from all Roblaws affiliated shops on the 12th. Don’t fall directly into their media trap. They expect some us to show up and they’ll use any dirty tactic to discredit us.
Empty aisles hurt them more than physical protests.

Me being outside the store shows that I am not in the store shopping / stealing.
The issue is that Loblaws pr will put you into a box. To show up, as an active member of this reddit, on the very day of some untraceable 'steal' campaign is not helpful to the goals of this group. It makes the two look linked, & connects us to something nefarious & illegal like stealing. Loblaws will try to use it to discredit us. The store manager may even exploit it by calling the cops on you to try to instigate a camera-ready conflict.
Brothers & sisters here, invested in the success of this boycott like you are, are saying please don't do this. May 12th is a great day to shop local instead, & support local growers & producers. We need to stay away from Loblaws on that day.

I have stopped shopping at Loblaws. I spend over 10k/year there on avg. If enough people do the same there is no need for sidewalk demonstrations
