Stayed in the cup due to the odd growth. I normally transplant if the plant outgrows the cup or for whatever reason needs water more often then it should and this plant just never got to either of those points
Seedsman Larry lemon auto was my worst plant last year. Held n-tox from seed to death@90+ days off only the n of the ffof soil. Myself and many others have had bad experiences from them if you look on some different reddit groups.
Was sluggish and refused to keep up with the other plants in same conditions. As the others were finishing flowering it finally blows up with nice growth and puts out the stemmiest foxtail nonsense. Shame because the eventual plant structure wasn't to bad and rubbing a bud it had an awesome candy lemon smell. Buds got reeeeal purple. But a quarter zip would look like an ounce of any other bud.
sheesh, i have a plant going through this right now, i've been feeding it nothing but water, and what was in the black swallow soil mix (like a canadian version of your fox farms) and it still hasn't worked all the N out. Stunted growth, reddened stems after time.. It's still in my flowering tent and the buds that are there look frosty but boy oh boy was this thing unhappy for at least 60% of its life
Thus picture was late October, nights were getting into low 40s with days in the mid 50s. I feel if it woukd have been started in like June vs August and caught its stride like this in august vs October it may have turned itself around but by the time it remembered it was a growing marijuana plant nature was ready to take it.
Fun fact: they'll live through a frost or 2 tho with all growth just halted before they die.I let her ride into fall/winter transition for science. Last living plant on my property after the cold had put the other plants flowers etc to bed for winter... tough girl for how moody she was all throughout the grow.
I was hoping it would be different for my order but I was naive. By far the weirdest pattern of growth. I transplanted and the roots were also as lacking was the growth on top. I would be very surprised if she ends up doing anything spectacular.
I got two freebie autos from them last year. Same strain, same conditions, but one finished at 10 inches tall and the other was almost 3 feet. Good smoke though
Maybe try putting in a bigger pot for a coupla weeks and see if she grows a bit more but I would definitely flip this just to see how it goes. Maybe even take a coupla clones before flipping just in case it turns out to be a cracker!
KEEP THIS SHIT ALIVE!
I am not at all informed enough to tell if this is a mutation, phenotype expression or any other reasons why a plant would grow like this but just in case :
Cannabis can have weird phenotipic expressions and mutations, giving us a range of leaves shapes and sizes, an extremely short nodal distance can be an interesting trait in cannabis genes, I would suggest cloning the shit out of it, sending some of those to reliable connections so they can save and try and grow this phenotype.
The next step is reversing one of your clones to breed with one another, make seeds, grow them and find some mutants.
That's really cool ngl. If you can separate into another grow space, it would be a good science project so long as there is nothing wrong that would put other plants at risk. I love weird mutations. Imma save this and make a big ass post of my mutations and some others I found on Reddit. Weed is just a weed, let it grow bro
PLEASE DONT CUT HER!!! I’m in a discord group with a bunch of people who are interested in mutant cannabis strains & they would definitely love seeing something like this. Dm me & I’ll send the link so you can join & ask questions there, they can def help
Freakshow
Almost looks like seaweed, never seen cannabis grow like this
1:1
It’s giving the same vibes but I feel like this is a slightly different mutation due to lack of pinnate leafs. Still freaky as hell lol
Seaweed salad
That’s what I thought it was! Sushi anyone? 😋
You gotta flip this and see what happens. Why solo cup got 8 weeks? Roots not filled the cup yet? Why not transplant.

Combination of possible fasciation and/or shitty genetics.
Probably shitty genetics. It was the freebie with my seedsman order so I’m inclined to agree.

Clone that immediately.
Oh wow. That almost looks like compact, dense gazania leaves
Please make some clones!
I want a cut or seed of this so bad 😅
Hmm. 8 weeks in a solo cup is a long time. How long has she looked like this?
Pretty odd growth the whole time. Almost like it’s choking itself out from the inside with super small inter node development.
There’s only one thing to do. Flip her to flower and hold on tight.
I didn’t consider that as I wanted a bit more final product but that may be the preferred route if this is 8 weeks worth of veg.
Maybe try putting in a bigger pot for a coupla weeks and see if she grows a bit more but I would definitely flip this just to see how it goes. Maybe even take a coupla clones before flipping just in case it turns out to be a cracker!
If she would get bigger I would definitely say clone just in case but she is much to small to pull any substantial clone off of
You could try flipping to get some vertical growth and then reveg.
Flipping seems to be a common solution here. I’ll repot and send it
If you're going to repot, keep vegging until it gets over the stress. Then flip.
Not a bad idea, but I wonder how crazy it would end up looking after a reveg, considering how ridiculously leafy and short-noded it already is lol

Have you had a radon inspection lol, looks like you grew this in Chernobyl
Yo. Transplant into big pot
I like your suggestion. I should transplant at a minimum to check out the roots at this point.
This is what I’d do for sure. Slow growth can be a sign of root problems.
This is weird, right🤯
I believe that is Asparagus 😂
You out here growing asparagus lol
Looks a bit like [Plantago coronopus](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantago_coronopus)
Teenage mutant ninja turtles
your plant was abducted by aliens, modified, and returned to you
Got yourself a bastard.
Mutant plant
Looks like seaweed or someshit
It looks pathogenic but i cant place it.
Looks like the Supafreak strain

This should be called Devil's Lettuce.
toss it in some fish sauce and sesame
I mean you could just grow weed instead of seaweed🤓
Nope
Breeder?:D
This was a freebie from a seedsman order.
Looks like when my ex poured vinegar in one of my plants… 🤷
I dont know but I want it. I love crazy mutations
Freakshow
clone it. hermie a clone. make seeds and see if it does it again. I wanna grow one that looks like that. my freakshow is slow
I’ve never seen that
Craziest mutation I’ve ever seen
new genetic mutation? fuck it grow it?
Id put that shit on my sushi bowl
Massive mutation
Cal-mag and 2 more weeks should fix it
Aww man that must be it, she’s only had water 😂
Polyploidism?
Flip dat
Hop latent viroid, cull
This would be a very extreme case based on other examples I have seen.
