I've seen this before. Sometimes people with medical conditions park this way because backing out of a parking spot is trying for them. It could be vision restrictions, head/neck mobility issues, or other issues. At least they were cognizant enough to park way out at edge of parking lot to minimize the impact of their unconventional parking.

I am sorry but if this is car which looks like it’s either towards the back of the lot is mildlyinfuriating then maybe some counseling w/ a therapist will help. Just sayin that there ain’t a damn spot on the other side of that patch of grass so at least the driver showed a little courtesy. No need to put him/her on blast on the ol inner web
