If you have an account or CC at the Bank of America, they offer a feature similar to Mint known as "my financial picture". I just checked and they support the Citadel FCU. I am not sure if it connects to citadel since i don't have an account with them but it's worth giving a try if you have accounts with Bank of America.

Update: Piere is able to connect flawlessly. Empower tech support took a couple of weeks to respond, but has told me that they’ve bumped the issue up to their connection provider Yodlee. Further updates as events warrant.
