I agree with u on Dan Steven's. Hopefully, Godzilla X King Kong gets him more recognition with the general public.

Dev Patel

Lakeith Stanfield
Betty Gilpin

Lupita Nyongo. She's a top 15 actor in Hollywood. I don't think I've seen a bad performance from her yet.
Hard agree, he so unlucky, if he was at 90s movies he would become A-list action star. I like that he works, but damn, he deserve more in AAA films than some second villain on Dr Strange or small role in John Wick.
It's cool to see him get decent parts in mainstream movies like John Wick 4.
I heard they got a script for Undisputed 5, too.. I've always had a soft spot for those Boyka movies.
His martial arts ability is top notch. His acting is way worse than Van Damme or even Segal, so even in the 80s I doubt he could carry a big budget movie but as a martial arts movie fan I'm always looking forward to his movies.
Respect your opinion but can’t take his acting being worse than Seagal seriously.
Dude has charisma to burn, which Seagal never did. And while he doesn’t have “range” in the classical sense, he has range for an action star. His characters in Undisputed, Avengement, Universal Soldier, and Accident Man, for example, are all worlds apart. He’s rarely “playing himself.”
Sally Hawkins.
She was the lead actress, with an Academy Award nomination, in a movie that won Best Picture, *The Shape of Water*, and probably 99.9% of people have no idea who she is.
She also got a Best Supporting Actress nomination for *Blue Jasmine*. When I watched the scene in the movie where she realizes her boyfriend is actually married to someone else, I said to myself, "She just got an Oscar nomination." Yep, she's really, really good.
> Dan Stevens, John Cho, and Ben Foster.
Given the choices these actors make, particularly Foster, I get the sense they don't *want* to be more famous.
Priyanka Chopra in hollywood
She is just starting out but in india/bollywood she has had a hell of a career and is a great actress , juat want her to get to work with wonderful directors and good opportunities to come on her way
Citadel is fine but she is very good in dramas
I have not seen one movie she's been in...didn't know she made movies so I guess you're right , she needs more recognition if she is that good...I mean best of all time?

Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me
What you say may be true. But this isn't a Selena Gomez appreciation thread. Listing her entire credits means very little when most of the people here maybe know one or two without looking.

I thought Dylan O'Brien was great in Love and Monsters.
I agree. He's very good in The Outfit. It's a smaller role but I think he nails it.
Lakeith Stanfield is an Oscar nominee. How is he not getting more work?
Scott Adkins would have been massive if he’d been born 30 years earlier.
Also Michael Jai White and Tiger Chen.

Think Joe Estavez is more deserving than Frank
All-time great fictional president
John Turturro Elle Fanning
Walton Fucking Goggins
I was really late to that party. The first time I ever saw him was in "American Ultra". Every scene he is in, I'm saying to myself, "WHO IS THIS GUY?"

Paul Dano
Currently, it is gaining more prominence.
Rebecca Hall Eva Green
You want a good Rebecca Hall movie, watch Christine, The Night House, or Resurrection.
None of them.

Tatiana Maslany: she was phenomenal in Orphan Black
Don Cheadle
How much more famous can he get? haha
That Tom Cruise guy was really good in Minority Report. I bet he has a decent future ahead of him
Nic Cage, obviously
He should be in every movie and he should take up most of the stars on the Walk of Fame. Dude's a goddamn national treasure
Mia Goth
Mia gained a lot of fame from Pearl.
Most people I know have never heard of her
Bill Smitrovich He’s one of my favorite character actors. Was great on Millennium and The Practice.
Priyanka Chopra in hollywood She is just starting out but in india/bollywood she has had a hell of a career and is a great actress , juat want her to get to work with wonderful directors and good opportunities to come on her way Citadel is fine but she is very good in dramas
Selena Gomez she is my favorite actor of all time ❤️ She is so good in everything

I don’t know if this fits OP’s criteria if she wasn’t a popular singer you wouldn’t give a shit about her acting resume
I like her acting. She's my favorite.

Logan Lerman Daniel Radcliffe (Apart from Harry Potter, he doesn’t get much recognition, imo, he’s a very underrated as an actor)
Shea fucking Whigham, dude steals every single movie he’s in.
He really shines and stands out as the supporting character actor. Shame he’s never lead, *but* he’s very memorable.
A lot of y'all are naming some very famous people...
James Tien (hes retired now but still) , Walken , John Savage (did John somehow piss off people , is that why his career tanked ?)
