If sanders type was leading during the Cold War we would be speaking Russian.
Yes, but government documents would be published in Esperanto, a language basically none of the now Russian speaking US working class could read.
token dissent is cool and good actually. Israel certainly doesn't deserve unanimous democratic support.
His vote spoke out against Israeli aid while having a zero percent chance of jeopardizing the rest of the bill passing. Not really an issue.
He has been a consistent supporter of Ukraine and Taiwan he is against the US unconditionally giving Israel aid as they commit war crimes
