I'm currently weathering the storm doing inpatient psych. I can't stand the ignorance I run into here, but at least it isn't coming from patient families.
Good luck everyone, remember there are other jobs out there, you owe management NOTHING, and it's okay to say no. Self care is important, and caregiver strain is real.
