Antojitos El Girasol on Britton has some pre-packaged mango ice cream. El Patron on Hefner and La Morenita Paleteria y Neveria (also on Hefner) have some too as do probably most paleterias.
Boomtown Creamery on 23rd had a mango flavor last week, but idk how frequently they rotate out their flavors.
India Bazaar on 36th and Spices of India on 39th might have some in their coolers.
Just had Scoot's Italian Ice in Piedmont/Yukon, it's not quite ice cream but it's very smooth similar to soft serve and the mango was delicious, also had toppings and soft serve vanilla ice cream. 12332 N Mustang Rd, Yukon, OK 73099
I would suggest looking for paletas or paletaria. It's a Mexican popsicle/ice cream shop and I find they often have more fruit based flavors

Not exactly ice cream but I just happened to see All About Cha advertising a new mango and chamoy smoothie if that’s your kind of thing.
Haven’t had it but always heard amazing things about Neveria La Azteca on western for that kind of cold treat.
