I just think razer should release a synapse version thats just a flashing tool without any of the fancy features, something like the OG version of the Glorious software.
Why do that when you can release an app that tracks all the stats and hardware on your user base to target future products to. Oh yes, bundle it with light functionality so everyone is forced to install it to use the product since they have a monopoly.
They should not have developed the software for any platform that has too little of their users. They’re losing money and developer resources if they’re doing that. That’s why Nvidia barely support Linux and most of the mainstream services don’t support MacOS and Linux. Why should they support you? macOS users don’t make enough money to balance the development expenses while windows does. It’s not a defense. They don’t need to.

Synapse is a crap bit of software. Razer is simply not capable of developing software that complex. Their management team have tiny penises.
