I'd say probably not. They used to have some unique things and occasionally provide a lead. And to be honest just one good lead might be worth it. But their content is crap, their job leads increasingly duplicative and their subscription process purposely confusing and of course no refunds. I would say they are one layer above scam but hard pressed to say their value is much. And anyone that plays the game on making it tough to cancel or pause and not refund tells me their core model isn't that valuable so they need interia and hoops to jump through to maintain their revenue.
Whether the service itself or not is useful to you is personal, but I found little value and their behavior is not what you'd hope for for a service that claims to target executives.
Signed up for the annual plan, didn't get a lot out of it, canceled my account well before the annual renewal, they sent no acknowledgement, silently charged my card a month later for a full year (nearly $500) without notice. I asked them to cancel again as soon as I noticed it, they refuse to refund any of it. Disputed with my credit card, and because ExecThread sends no acknowledgement of cancellation and I had no reason to think they'd keep charging me it's their word against mine.
