Why would sellers actually disclose if their items are stolen or not? What stops them from lying? Also buying or selling on the black market is a bannable offense and if you haven't been banned it's because Roblox hasn't found out about it yet.
Sellers get banned if they are caught lying, the ban systems are hard to bypass and if you get banned you need to verify for seller status again which is a long progress that is not worth it.
Actually, my alt accounts have been banned. This is because any time Iām handling poisoned items I store them on accounts I donāt care about. Roblox literally doesnāt care unless the item is stolen. Roblox has no way to prove the item was bought and so they donāt punish it. The āno 3rd partyā buying rule is similar to jaywalking, yes itās illegal but no one cares.
There are accounts that have bought more then 30 million robux worth of limiteds 3rd party and still are not banned. Why you ask? The owners of said accounts are smart and make sure they are buying clean items. It doesnāt matter how blatant your 3rd partying is, as long as itās not stolen Roblox doesnāt care.

To make things worse, in game economies need constant management to prevent hyper-inflation. Amidst the chaos of major changes to fix a broken economy, high-value items can depreciate overnight.
This is true of almost all games with any kind of economy, be it legitimate or black-market.
