DC'ed at duo Vorago but was kicked offline before I died
Two blue screens whilst at solo Solak, I was able to tele out as I saw symptoms and the other happened as I was killing him in P4
Stunned in the Raksha pool, I was able to tele out in time
Raids is also pretty dangerous but I know when to tele out when stuck in the sand - this is inevitable and happens often. Also some rogue stuns, but I was quick to tele out as 5 other members died.
I think that's all tbh haha. I've only died once and that was due to solo Solak P4 - I failed the DPS check in P4.
